Our server Vito was absolutely amazing! It felt very special when he approached us using our name. He had a very uplifting spirit and connected with us instantly. He gave us recommendations for our drinks and definitely didn't steer us wrong. I do wish they had more options with meat as I do have an allergy to fish. My pasta was originally a shrimp fra diavolo, but I wanted to have chicken instead. He said it's not something that's done with it, but he'll bring it out on the side. Which worked out great! My pasta was very tasty. Ohhh and I don't know how I forgot the bread, it was so good we got seconds! The bread is dipped in oil and seasoning. Vito was also very sweet and brought us out a chocolate dessert. It was a very lovely experience and I can see ourselves returning :)

Some great food at a relatively new resort! Dining some family who were up to visit, I would consider this a hidden gem in Orlando! Out if all the dishes (I tried a little of everyone's) I think the Maiale was the tastiest. The Baked Fontina was popping with flavor for an appetizer, but if you don't want to spend money on the apps, they still provide some bread for the table. Our server Tim went above and beyond and was kind, helpful and super aware of any allergies at the table. A great dining experience!

Came here for dinner during our stay. Our server was friendly. I enjoyed the appetizer the most. Entrees were tasty and pasta tasted fresh.

Came here for dinner on my first visit to the Conrad! There's gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating; outdoors gave us a nice view of the huge lagoon pool. The complimentary focaccia was delightful - it had awesome flavor and really impressed me! I shared the guanciale pizza, and it was also very tasty - the combo of meat with the peppers was a nice flavor, and the crust was very soft. The pizzas are perfect to split! Pastas were a bit hit or miss for the group - the bolognese was really loved, but the more mild gambretti left a little to be desired. This place is definitely on the pricier side as well, but that's to be expected at this type of resort. Either way, I think I'd come again for the pizza and bread!

Keto Bowl. Healthy AF. Yummy too, I love the whole grains and barely texture.

We had a wonderful experience at Sophia's Trattoria. This is where we had brunch during the days we stayed at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore. It was inclusive with our stay and conveniently located on the level below the main lobby entrance. We had wonderful service from start to finish. Mackenzie was the lovely hostess that greets you with a smile from the moment you walk into Sophia's. John was our server on day one and he was very accommodating and attentive. He didn't miss a beat. I think Mackenzie worked on our 2nd visit too with Fonzie seating us to our table. Fonzie was full of personality and very upbeat. Paulina was our server on day two and she was wonderful as well, very polite and friendly and always good at checking back on us. DAY #1: * Keto Bowl $23 * Avocado Toast $21 * Steak & Eggs $28 * Overnight Oats $15 * Smoked Salmon Lox Bagel $24 I had Keto Bowl and it was healthy and delicious. The only disappointment was cutting into my poached eggs and got no runny eggs, more like soft boiled eggs. Egg porn fail. Lol. My husband's Avocado Toast looked beautiful as presentation was on point, one of the prettiest Avo Toast I've ever seen. Even my daughter's Smoked Salmon presentation was beautiful with the salmon beautifully decorated on platter and the bagel and cream cheese served on a separate plate. My son asked for medium rare on his Steak & Eggs but it looked more medium, still tasty. DAY #2: * Egg White Caprese Omelette $24 * Eggs Benedict $25 * Belgian Waffles $21 * Steak & Eggs $28 I was going to get an Eggs Benedict on the second day but opted out since my husband and daughter were getting it. I could steal bites from hubby's dish. I decided to go with the Egg White Caprese Omelette. My omelette was very fluffy and had good flavor with the Pine Nut Pesto. I wanted to sub the side of crispy potatoes with fruit but forgot to do so. Still good. My son got the Steak & Eggs again and asked for the poached eggs and chimichurri sauce on the side, he didn't like that the sauce touched his scrambled eggs the first time around. Ha. My daughter got the Belgian Waffles and great presentation but the waffles were slightly overcooked and crispy. She still enjoyed it. Eggs Benedict was delicious with the brioche bread. All in all, Sophia's Trattoria is a beautiful and very spacious restaurant in a great location at Conrad Orlando with amazing views of the lagoon. The vibe, service and food quality are top notch!

When I say You MUST Try Sophia's Trattoria at the Conrad Evermore please take my advice! The food is outstanding & the service and atmosphere is delightful. I really don't know where to begin so I'll just mention my top 5 favorite dishes. For Staters - the Cauliflower Salad was amazingly fresh and full of flavor. The Lamb Ribs were tender and perfectly seasoned and the Burrata was excellent. I also can't say enough about my 2 favorite entrees. The Whole Branzino is a must do for anyone that likes a flaky and moist fish entree. While the Royal Red Fra Diavalo will make you want to go back again and again.

First time trying this place as an Orlando local and it was great! Pizza, Shrimp appetizer and Rocher dessert were definitely the stars of the show! Great waiter, Tim, who was so kind and on his game. Loved sitting next to the open kitchen and watching the food preparation(a favorite thing of mine). Menu had a good variety, the pastas seemed delicious so will definitely be back and try that next time. Arancini was standard, nothing special. Bread service was super delicious focaccia with rosemary, olive oil and sea salt flakes. Definitely a new date spot in the rotation.

As a family for spring break we stayed at the Conrad and this was a cute convinient option on-site. We did not know what to expect since it's a newer place but the vibe was super cute over looking the sunset on the lake. Our sever was VERY attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the food/wine industry. We were very impressed with the service. There was a mix up on our order but the staff MORE than took care of us to make up for their mistake and we are very understanding as sometimes things happen. The service truly was next level. This was an early birthday celebration for me and I was not disappointed. Truly some of the best service I have received anywhere!

Brunch is delicious! We took a girl's group here for breakfast and absolutely loved the experience. We sat at an outdoor round table for 7 and enjoyed overlooking the sandcastle / lagoon view with a nice shaded breeze. Our server was attentive and funny which made for a great experience. He went out of his way to craft specialty coffee drinks for us. As some people had special requests, he was happy to accommodate. I enjoyed a mocha latte and the Benedict. It had perfectly cooked eggs with mortadella which is like an Italian ham and the brioche offered a nice light sweetness. The hash browns were amazing! Assorted breakfast pastries, muffins, and breads were also very good. I would certainly recommend for a nice start to the day.

Outstanding dinner! Open concept with a lovely table overlooking the lake Sophia was my server at Sophia's (this one is a student, not the namesake) The bread was out of this world... This chicory salad with porchetta and the short rib with risotto were so both BIG on flavor, I had to eat every bite! And to think I was going to Del Frisco's. I made right choice coming here. You should too!

Loved their breakfast! I really enjoyed the frittata with butternut squash and arugula salad. Their French toast was good too!

Got to eat here twice during our stay with the Conrad, once for dinner and once for breakfast the next morning. Dinner - absolutely amazing service and food. Started with a spritzy cocktail and a Negroni. On the magical dining menu, we ordered one of each since there were four of us. Top picks: octopus pasta (the most tender octopus I've ever had and I loved it, portions were huge), beef carpaccio (def getting this again, the tender meat and sharp cheese is chefs kiss), pistachio cheesecake (MUST GET, I'm still thinking about it) Breakfast - I think their dinner is more impressive. I got the pear grain bowl and it was delish but not worth the price it felt. My fam raved about the chia seed pudding though Will be back even if we're not staying at the Conrad!

So Sophia's is mixed for me, it has amazing customer service, but just okay food. The beef carpaccio was very good, the beef short rib was tender but sightly dry but still decent. The rack of lamb was eh... I've had better lamb from the Australia booth at Epcots Food and Wine. It was cooked well just lacked any flavor. The dessert was good also, and my kids enjoyed their meals. I would probably give it 4 stars but what brings it down for me is probably the price, it's kind of pricey for just okay food. If you're going to spend the money and being in Orlando there are so many better restaurants at that price point.

Our waiter, Tim, came right to our table and he was immediately warm and personable. We ended up speaking and joking with him throughout the meal and it made it that much more enjoyable. For one of the chicken burgers, we asked for grilled chicken instead of fried chicken and they were more than happy to accommodate. Both the grilled and fried chicken were incredibly tender and the sandwiches were so tasty. The mac & cheese was some of the best I've ever had. It was creamy and cheesy with a layer of baked cheese on top. The coleslaw was also perfectly sweet and crunchy. The biscuit was cheesy, warm and flaky. To end our email, Tim brought us a piece of hummingbird cake on the house, and we really appreciated the gesture. The first letter of the husband an wife names. My expectations were high, and they should have been based on the reviews. This is not a standalone location as the are other businesses within the same building. You won't see P&D on the exterior signage but you will see "Soul Food Kitchen" A la carte buffet style food served. I like this so I could see what I'm ordering. Which is way I should have not purchased the Mac&cheese. Macaroni noodles and shredded cheese melted within. A serious faux pas for macaroni and cheese. I observed how many customers appeared to be regulars, and several people were ordering additional food to take home. I ordered two full meals. The main dishes are served with cornbread dressing on the savory side or rice. One suggestion for P&D would be to offer a brown gravy option alongside that is not meat-based specifically for the dressing. The highlights for me were the yams, fried fish, and pork chop and red velvet cake. Those dishes were well seasoned & well-prepared. Without being critical of the other side dishes this is what I would say: Sharing a few side dishes with your group before committing to larger portions. If you're a singleton stick to yellow rice, yams, and beans. While some food choices did not meet my palate, I can understand why this place has a loyal following. The welcoming familial atmosphere, location, and comfort food are sometimes the basics of what people need to get through the day. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was.
