Excellent customer service and great work! Needed my A/C serviced on a 1993 4Runner. Not everyone can do it. They did a great job. Excellent communication and reasonable price. Showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and even did a special order for an older hose to be custom made. I highly recommend this place. May 1st 2023, I found my dash board of Honda Odyssey showing Check Engine Lights on when driving on freeway 110. I exit and found a local repair shop. After check, Sopps Service Center technician, manager confidently saying they can repair it and need leave the car for the whole afternoon. quoted me $800 to fix it and ensure the safety of driving. Next day, I went there to pick up the minivan. The owner told me everything is done, and they even did test drove. After I paid and leaving the shop, I immediately found check engine light was on. I made U-turn right away back to shop. The owner (Cesar) checked then told me they fixed some "code" yesterday. This Check Engine Light on is a due to a newly generated code and never seen before, they can fix it, but it will be a new repair job, with new charge. Later I consulted with people know more about car, I learned that the check engine issue nothing to do with "Timing Belt", vast majority of the repair charge on the invoice was for Timing Belt. they just cheated on me because I have limited knowledge about car like most of drivers. They left check engine light on and claim that the job is finished. Only thing they interested in is make money, not care about customer even a little bit. This is a total scam. read more

Went in for oil change and I asked for them to check other fluids, he told me they topped off power steering, (that was a lie.) I also had a pair of pliers I used to open the hood., they were taken, I have to wonder if they changed my oil. Deeply disappointed. I went ahead and called Sopps since I had been here before and they gave me an estimate on what I would be spending. I got the breaks fixed on Saturday and so far I haven't had any issues. I went to the business because it was near my house I took the car because tire was rubbing. Owner did no wan me to talk to mechanics , who were going to work on my car for some odd reason Anyway bottom line they lied about what they fixed. I initially let the diagnose the car which the owner said u need Everything on the right side for suspension. He said if I could go find parts it would be better. Ok I went and got parts came back. He quoted me 250 to put on the parts. I got a call after I dropped of the car and now the mechanic can gets to Speak he said one of the parts was wrong. He said he could order and I would pay and additional $50.00. I. Said ok. When I picked up my car I noticed that he didn't put on one of the parts. So I said hey what's going on u didn't put on part he said he me talking my mechanic. Mechanic agreed he didn't put on he used my old part. Now remind you he told me I need Everything. Ok so he gave me back a funky $30.00. when I picked up car and drove it. It was still making the same sound I brought it in for! So when I told the mechanic he said well maybe it had additional damage. You go to be kidding me. You; nspecref the car and u charged me for initial inspection. Went back two days later because they were closed. The owner didn't know ow what to say. So he gave me back $ $270.00 of money And said he doesn't like complaints. Well then maybe you should get some honest mechanics. Car was overheating power steering hose leaking when I picked up. Had NO leaking issues before . Was just underneath car changing 02 sensors. Beware Women they think every woman doesn't know what she's talking about. Well you got this one wrong Bad shiesty business. If you can sit there and watch them do the work stay there. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. THANK GOD I GOT MY $ Back. It's hard to trust these shady ass mechanics. That's why I try do what I can with my tools. BEWARE. I GAVE HIM A 1 BEVAUSE HE GAVE ME MONEY BACK. Super bad service, not recommended! I took my truck to get checked for a certain problem it had. They "fixed" it but I got it back the same! With my check engine light on now!! So I took it back they checked it again and now they told me something else is wrong with it? After I had paid 200$ at first for "fixing" the problem it had. & now there expecting me to pay another charge so they can fix it? Bull crap... read more
