Came here after visiting Sunken Silo and found a great casual and friendly place! Service was excellent and the calamari was great. We also loved the margarita pizza and the eggplant pizza was really good too! I like my crust a little more crunchy and thin but this was still excellent pizza. Sorella's has catered Readington Community Theatre Cast Parties for years. Chef-Owner Ralph has consistently provided delicious dishes, beautifully presented. At our most recent party, after the closing of our production "Breaking Legs", the eggplant parmigiana prepared with spinach, the chicken piccata, the grilled vegetables and the mixed garden salad were all excellent. Both my husband and I were delighted with the flavor and he said it was the correct amount of cheese. The next order was for a 1/2 pepperoni so my son could weigh in. I was delighted to be greeted as tough I was a regular of long standing. They are very friendly and considerate of their customers. The second pizza was as delicious as the first. Staying from out of town. It was just ok. Wings ok but no ranch or blue cheese. Pizza was ok.

We decided on a whim to get pizza on a rainy night. No sooner did we walk in, there was a tornado warning! However, the staff couldn't have been nicer and took great care of us. The pizza was so delicious: thin crust, right out of the oven - half mushroom, half ham and pineapple- and the kids had an awesome time. We also got a tasty chicken Cesar salad. We noticed the owners seemed to know a lot of the patrons and that means a lot. Every neighborhood needs a great family-owned pizza place. We will definitely be back! read more

Sorella's Pizza and Pasta is located in a small strip mall along Route 22 in the Whitehouse Station/Readington area. There is plenty of parking outside and the atmosphere inside is warm and friendly. It seemed like the owner knew everyone's name and was a very engaging. He was genuinely interested in the customers and how their day was going and it's awesome to have an owner that cares so much about the customer. The pizza was fantastic. The plain slice featured quality ingredients with a flavorful crust. The pasta slice was out-of-this-world. Seriously, the pasta was awesome and the vodka sauce was delicious. The slice was overflowing with pasta and it definitely filled me up. Sorella's is a must try for anyone in the area or even the person just passing through. read more

A friend of mine took me here. I'm from Northern Virginia and we do not have any good Italian food there. People's idea of Italian is Olive Garden. Everything that I had at Sorellas was fantastic. 7/17/21 - There are several local pizza places in town but we always go to Sorella's for the friendly service, good pizza and fair prices. The menu options are extensive. On this day, we bought two large pizzas - one Sorella's Special and one with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 mushroom. Fantastic! We've also had the Buffalo Chicken pizza (with some added pineapple) which is really good. Sorella's is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. There is a small dining area but we just carry out due to Covid. Two thumbs up! read more
