Stopped for the first time. Hot day, cookie and soft serve was good. Not enough sitting inside on a hot day. Service was okay. Worth trying.

Overly priced food and this place is overly hyped. On top of that chad is a really bad owner.

Tried a few different cookies from here. The s'mores was our favorite. We got the pack of the Oreo mini cookies, however, was not a fan of the taste or texture of the Oreo minis. Also tried the Ube crinkle cookie and was really excited, however, it was like a sugar cookie with a hint of Ube at the end.

Had lunch close by and we shared a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup! I was tempted to order ice cream but I wouldn't be able to finish it all. It was busy but service was quick and easy. Like always. The shoppe was clean and tidy. Thank you Bake the Cookie Shoppe!

I'm a huge bake fan! I have been to their og Southwest location a bunch of times m. On this particular trip, I came to redeem my birthday reward, which I redeemed for their mango sticky rice, which had silky mango and beautiful sticky rice that did not feel heavy at all. It can be great for sharing even. Bake has stepped up their game way beyond just cookies in the best way possible and kept the quality up. The service was super friendly.

Located on the north-ish side of Downtown Summerlin, this place surprised us as we were wandering around and waiting for shops to open up. They offer a variety of cookies and Dubai chocolate treats (also specialty coffees). The clerk who helped us this morning (10/19) was very sweet, and let us really check everything out without pressure. We ended up with a peanut butter cookie and it was delicious! Light, fluffy, and full of peanut butter chips! Yum, yum, yum! Don't wait to check this shop out, fam! They're super sweet (and I'm not just talking about the desserts!)

My wife saw Bake's videos on TikTok and really wanted to try their Dubai Ice Cream Bowl. Since we were in Vegas and happened to be nearby, we decided to stop in. The two guys working there were super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. We ended up getting the Dubai Ice Cream and a Pumpkin Spice Cookie, and they were kind enough to give us samples of a few others, the Ube Oreo and the Peanut Butter Cookie. The Ube Oreo was interesting; the Oreo side was a little too sweet for me, but the Ube balanced it out nicely. The Peanut Butter Cookie was excellent, you really can't go wrong with peanut butter, and the Pumpkin Spice Cookie was hands down the best. It's seasonal, but honestly they should make it permanent because it's that good. All of the cookies were soft, moist, and just fantastic. Now for the main reason we went, the Dubai Ice Cream. It was amazing. Crunchy, chocolaty, and the fresh strawberries added a perfect pop of flavor to balance the sweetness. The only downside is the price. At $19, it's a little hard to justify for ice cream, even though it was delicious. Overall, everything tasted great and the service was excellent. The prices just make it more of an occasional treat rather than a regular stop.

We've had their chocolate hearts before which are fantastic but this was our first time trying a cup and these are even better! Think of their hearts in molten form with added brightness of fresh strawberries. These cups are a perfect size to share amongst 2-4 people.

Wow! First off, this shop is the cutest! Love how simple the display case is- and when you receive your treats they are expertly wrapped. These are the kind of treats you bring to a house warming/dinner party/ or any where you want to impress someone! The packaging is beautiful! My favorite was the ube/oreo cookie but every single cookie was amazing! The owners were so nice and we can't wait to come back here again and again!!

Dubai chewy cookie was $10. Pleasantly chewy on the outside(marshmallow), crunchy inside, and not overly sweet. Will get some more soon.

Good food and worth a return. Service was fine, but the ambiance felt a little off without any music. I got a Dubai chewy cookie and it was $10. The marshmallow was soft and chewy, while the side was crunchy without being too sweet. I'll be back for more soon.

I was so excited to come to their new location at Downtown Summerlin. Went just as the holiday parade was starting so it was hard to hear inside the cute little shop. The staff were friendly. I ordered 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies $9.50. 1 Oreo Milkshake Cookie $4.75 and 2 Dubai Chocolate Cookies $16.00. For a total of $32.79. When we got home, we were disappointed in the flavor of the Dubai chocolate cookies. The chocolate chip cookies tasted stale. Haven't tried the Oreo cookie yet. Not sure if we will return.

This place was absolutely adorable, super cute and inviting the moment you walk in. We came specifically to try the official Dubai chocolate strawberries, and wow, they were on a whole different level. I've had Dubai chocolate strawberries from other places before, but honestly, none of them even came close to these. The strawberries were incredibly fresh and juicy, and the Dubai chocolate filling was rich, smooth, and warm, which made every bite so satisfying. Pro tip: put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes before eating, once they chill slightly, they taste even better and the flavors come together perfectly. The shop itself has such a charming vibe and offers so many other desserts that I can't wait to go back and try. Fair warning, the strawberries are a bit on the pricey side at $19, but they are 100% worth it for the quality, freshness, and overall experience. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by. You won't regret it, this place is a sweet treat done right

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
