Yogurtland is still hands-down my favorite froyo spot in town! Not only is their froyo my favorite, but they're toppings are also the best IMO. Let me keep it real, my container is more than 50% toppings to frozen yogurt ratio. My husband on the other hand does hardly any toppings and piles his little bucket high with just the delicious tasty yogurt. He prefers real ice cream over frozen yogurt so he really appreciates that there's always at least two options of real ice cream available. I always keep it basic when it comes to my froyo base-I only like one flavor at a time. This trip I chose the non-fat cake batter flavor and decided to splurge big time on the brownie bites, some cheesecake bites and the Reese's PB cup crumbles. Wow did I give myself a sugar rush but totally worth every bite and every calorie! I do appreciate that if you didn't want to put a bunch of candy or cookie crumbles on your froyo, you do have the option of picking some fruit toppings. I used to do this in the past, thinking that I was having a healthier dessert but TBH the froyo still has quite a bit of sugar in it. It's not really any better for you than real ice cream like people might think it is. Like I did for many years! It may be lower fat, but it still has calories and sugar in it. You just have to go enjoy it and be realistic that it's still a treat. We always look forward to the occasional trip to YL. The only reason I'm giving this particular store four stars is the young lady who helped us was not incredibly friendly. Not rude, but certainly not personality of the year. Barely cracked a smile wasn't behind the counter when we walked in, didn't show up until it was time for us to make a purchase, which makes me think she was chilling in the back room looking at the camera waiting till the last minute to actually have to do something for us. Maybe I'm wrong so if I am, I stand corrected but a little more customer service would've been nice. Absolutely disgusting. Went in tonight for a treat for our family of 5, spent close to $40 and found a fake nail in one of our yogurts. Went back inside and showed the worker who's response was "you can get whatever you want for free or come back in 3 days when the manager is here" when we told them which topping that had the fake nail in it he said they didn't have to take it off the shelf and would continue serving that to customers. They also offered us a gift card for the amount spent but I wanted a refund, I will never be going back to this location I'm so disgusted. My partner and I went to enjoy some fro-yo on a Wednesday night. It was late so I called ahead of time to confirm closing etc. we arrived about 40 minutes before closing time and there were approximately 10 other customers there. I immediately noticed that multiple machines were already turned around for cleaning and closure for the night. Unfortunately for me, those 4 were the vegan/dairy free selection. I asked the young lady working if there was any dairy free yogurt available and she informed me that those were all shut down for cleaning. At this point I was pretty upset. I am dairy free not by choice and I had checked to make sure they had options I could enjoy before arriving. I did ask her some questions and verbalized how it wasn't right to shut down ALL the dairy free options as now someone with allergens can not enjoy the fro-yo. She stated if they didn't close them down early they wouldn't leave until midnight. As someone who worked at an ice cream shop as a teen, I do understand that, but it is also part of the job. This location is great because not only is there indoor seating but they have a nice outdoor patio section that is covered with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your frozen treat. Despite the fact that Yogurtland says they're "gluten free friendly" the last few times I went, I got glutened. As someone with Celiac disease, I have to eat gluten free. There is no care made to prevent cross contamination of toppings and I don't know how well they clean their machines between switching from a gluten containing flavor to one that is gluten free. When I went yesterday, I got two gluten free flavors and some cherries and got sick from it. I told my husband he'll have to go without me from now on. I come here once or twice a week and never had an issue. My friends and I came on (2/25) for the free birthday cake yogurt. We grabbed the to go swirls ($5) thinking that was part of the promotion and bought some toppings. We waited as one of the girls looked at us and walked to the back and didn't help us pay, the girl sweeping saw and apologized. When paying she said that we got the wrong cups for the promotion and that they ran out. We were willing to pay the $5 but she said it was okay and just charged us for the weight of the toppings. We decided to go outside and eat, the girl who first ignored us came out around 10 minutes later accusing of us of stealing and said she was going to call the cops. We told her the situation and that we would pay but felt attacked and didn't appreciate her accusing us of stealing. She then repeated that she didn't care and that she'd call the police and pull up footage if we didn't pay (which we were going to get up and go back inside but we just wanted to explain what happened with the other employee and how she said it was fine.) Honestly every time i come here with my friend we see the same male employee and he is very kind and sweet, so it's just surprising to be met with this rudeness. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. As we left we watched her snicker and stare at us through the window. Wasted my time and gas driving to the Yogurtland Centennial Center location around 9:30 pm, only to find that only a few flavors were available. The other machines had already been turned off early, and there were barely any toppings to choose from. There was even a line of customers that arrived after me looking for flavors. This experience was a disappointment, considering the time and gas I spent to get there. I strongly believe that this location should establish a clear store closing time and ensure that the yogurt machines are operational until that time to avoid inconveniencing customers who make the effort to visit. If the store closes at 10p advertise that you put the yogurt and toppings away at 9:00pm so we know not to come. I was in the area next to the threading salon and decided to pick up some Froyo. I walked into Yogurtland around 12:00 P.M on a Thursday. The place was super clean and the two team members greeted me with a smile. Both team members asked if I needed any assistance. I kindly thanked both members. The tables were clean and spotless. The self serving stations were perfect. I ended up selecting the Ube for one bowl and a chocolate/vanilla mixture for the other bowl. There are a variety of extra goodies you can also add to your Froyo. Yogurtland offers a variety of toppings which can include candies, gummy worms, boba and much more!! The pricing for the Froyo is by weight. If you add more extra goodies to your Froyo, you'll be charged more. I purchased [2] bowls from Yogurtland of Froyo with one having a lot of toppings and the other bowl with no toppings. It was relatively inexpensive, under $10.00. This is a great place to stop by for a sweet treat. You can mix-match your Froyo flavors in the bowl, sauces, and choose whatever toppings you wish! The store is so bright and vivid with sunlight rays coming through illuminating the business. The protect the customers they have shade awnings to keep the sun out, and they really work too! To my surprise this self serve establishment was neat. So many different flavors to try, with many toppings. You can even sample the flavors before you commit to what your buying. The staff kept making sure the toppings area were filled and constantly changed out. I tried the guava pineapple and coconut with a whole weird menagerie of toppings. My Cohort had Red Velvet, Cheesecake, and the White Chocolate Raspberry with a whole obscene menagerie of toppings. Despite how busy it was, we had seating. Interior was fairly clean. The pumpkin and red velvet had a very pronounced flavor that was very tasty but the coconut was more subtle and smooth. Took my 2 year old son here on a mommy son date. It was his first time in (and only my second time). I'm still a Fro- Yo newb so I did have to ask the young man at the counter for directions and some recommendations and since there were only two other customers in the store who were already sitting down and enjoying their dessert, he was able to take his time telling me the most popular items. My son and I ended up splitting a small bowl with vanilla and chocolate yogurt and put some blueberries and sour gummy worms on it for it's toppings. It was absolutely delicious. It was super hard not to go back that very moment and get all the other flavors and toppings - there are so many to choose from! We did use the restroom after we were done to wash our hands (he's two so things were bound to get messy and I had forgotten baby wipes which I usually take with me) and the bathroom is the reason for not giving this place five stars. I love that its self serve, you get as little or as much as you want. The restaraunt is usually very clean and organized. I wish that the taro flavor was a permanent flavor like at town square. They pretty much keep everything well stocked. The only minor complaint is that usually the employees only come out when I'm about to pay and then go back to the back area, but when they are around during check out they are nice. This is a very nice frozen yogurt establishment(it doesn't smell like some I've been in). The employees aren't the friendliest; the girl working today (July 22, 17 at 4pm) wasn't very inviting but she didn't scare us away either. They do have plenty of frozen yogurt options and many different topping options. Our frozen yogurt was delicious!! The floors and tables were pretty dirty as well as some of the equipment. They weren't all that busy and while we did sit there enjoying our desert that same girl came and wiped ONE table off. I thought that was really odd because other than us, there was one other family in there and the rest of the tables were dirty and empty.
