He told me to check for a reset button before bringing it in. I looked, but could not find the button, though he had thoroughly talked me through where to find it. When I brought my vacuum in, Brian plugged in my vacuum and promptly found the reset button, and my vacuum worked like new! It is rare to find someone so trustworthy and helpful. Brian didn't make a dime off of me, but he took the time twice in his day to help me out!
