When I reiterated that no appointment will be made until the owner or building management can be present (In other words: Don't call me, I'll call you), she continued to harass me with even MORE rapid-fire phone calls...?! I blocked the ROKU phone number, and she simply started calling from another number. Infuriating! Word to the powers-that-be at ROKU AC Repair: You MUST have a sharp word with "Ivy" and anyone else working the phones, because aggressively assaulting a potential customer with a barrage of phone calls is a good way to LOSE BUSINESS.
