He found the problem under the house, fixed the problem, took pictures, walked me through the reasons why my dryer broke down, and even went up into the attic to check on the filter which wasn't even related to the dryer. I called about 15 duct cleaning services and I found precision air duct cleaning. The other companies tried charging $4000+ for 19 vents 5 bathroom vents and 2 air handlers. They did it for half the price and the best part, they clean on another level! They take apart your unit in your attic and clean all of it with the fan and all components. The competition wasn't even going to do that and they wanted double! All the workers are extremely careful with your furniture and house. They are very clean and clean up very well! They put plastic coverings on the furniture and every vent including tarp on the ground to completely eliminate anything falling on the ground. I called several air duct cleaning companies before deciding on Precision. Their flat rate cost may seem like it's more expensive than their competitors but actually some of these other companies quote a cheaper price per vent but that doesn't include furnace cleaning, sanitization, etc etc, which is all included in the service provided in Precision's flat rate. We had exactly 10 vents and one furnace in our home, which is what's included in their minimum flat rate, so if your house/system is smaller then I would recommend doing the math to make sure it's economical for you, but for our size home the cost for us was ideal. The team they sent (led by Sean) was professional and communicated everything they were going to do every step of the way so there were no surprises. They were thorough, wore PPE/socially distanced, were diligent about keeping our home clean, AND put down tarps and furniture guards to protect our home (see pics). Precision will be our go-to company for air duct cleaning in the future and we will be recommending them to friends for sure. read more

We recently did a kitchen remodel and it's suggested that you get your ducts cleaned post-construction. We saw a great need as there was dust coming out of the vents whenever we turned on the AC, so I reached out via Yelp Messages to multiple different companies. I typically like to vet companies based on how they respond back. Garrett from Precision Air Duct Cleaning was quick to respond and also very thorough in explaining how pricing works as well as the depth of the work they do. He was super easy to coordinate and work with, plus worked with our super tight timelines and scheduled us for a couple days out. They're also licensed! What I loved about their services was how professional and prompt they were. They laid out a timeline of the day and they actually showed up when they said they would (very rare for services in my opinion). Everything from set up to clean up was really non-intrusive for us. They made sure to keep everything tidy and respected our space, which wasn't easy given that my boyfriend was working from home at the same time. Important to note they wore masks the whole time to keep us safe, so really appreciated that. They also gave us a ton of good advice and insight into our ducts and maintaining them. After they finished, we stopped seeing dust come out of the vents whenever we used the AC, so I would say it was effective! Also sneezing less in general. They took a quick look to verify the vents and we acknowledge on the price that I was quoted. I am so happy our family worked with Precision Air Duct Cleaning. I first heard about them on the neighborhood app Next Door where they came highly recommended by our fellow neighbors. We had a really bad experience with an air duct company in Eagle Rock (never showed up but managed to charge our cc hundreds of dollars anyway) so I was a bit worried. I reached out to a lot of companies and I'm so glad I decided to use these guys! The owner is very responsive and the workers were very honest and professional. They put down drop cloths and covered furniture while working and had a ton of equipment -- this wasn't someone with just a vacuum and a brush!
