For my 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 8 ducts, he worked from 11am-1pm going through each room carefully to not damage any furniture. I didn't need to pre-prep the home with cover or anything, he was able to navigate and thoroughly clean with his brush and vacuum! Cost was good value to competitors because you didn't HAVE to include package unit in service if it was already done. I always get my AC Units serviced in June to prepare for the summer. Cami is super prompt in chat/text and wonderful in setting us up on the calendar. Was professionally invoiced for Zelle payment after the service for my record keeping and warranty. Recently we had a dead animal under the house. Don't ask me how I knew- you just do! The smell!!! Horrible! At first we didn't know where the smell was coming from. We thought vents? Ducts? We had an unpleasant experience with Breezeway, specifically with Brandon. We were referred to Breezeway by our AC installer. We initially wanted to have Breezeway out when our new unit was installed but Breezeway did not have availability, so we used a different provider (Not knocking them for being busy, the story continues...) About a year later we were discussing taking additional steps with our AC company to replace the rooftop ducts to try to eliminate an odor that we were experiencing with the AC and heater runs. Our installer insisted that we have a duct cleaning before taking on the expense of the duct work. Again he refereed us to Breezeway. I reached out to Brandon THREE separate times over the course of two weeks to get an estimate. At first he promised I would have it by the end of day. When that did not happen, then he promised again by 5pm that day. When that didn't happen, he just stopped responding entirely to my inquiries! Totally unacceptable. We used the services of this company over 10 years ago at our old home. We were happy with their service & I kept their phone number but forgot about them - yes, my memory sucks So when it came time to clean the dryer duct and vent in our 5-yr old home I tried (against the advice of my wife) to DIY. Brandon was awesome! We are in the end-stages of a whole-home remodel, and A LOT of construction dust was created during the process. Re-pipes are no joke, and we are still finding drywall dust everywhere! So I come to Yelp looking for my review of this company because I remember they serviced my air ducts a while back and I assumed they do air conditioning service as well. When I couldn't find my review, I realized I never wrote a review for this company I was so impressed with , after searching high and low (it took me almost 45 minutes) but I finally found them! Woot Woot ! In June of 2013 (I still have the emails and invoice , thanks to Yahoo) I had a tenant complain of an awful smell in her vents. I found Breezeway via Yelp, they were prompt and fast, came out and cleaned the vents. I contacted them a second time about 2 weeks later, same complaint, they came out again , no charge, and found a decomposed critter they had missed the first time -- that area was a little challenging to get to but they did it , cleaned it out and the smell was gone :) I do not forget companies like this , those that do what they are supposed to do and stand behind their work, and I am very grateful they still exist.
