Guillermo is awesome! He's approachable, responsive to questions, and provides GREAT value compared to overpriced dealerships. AND he comes to YOU. He's very knowledgeable, and what he doesn't know, he researches. And he's very versatile; you have to be, to work on RVs, which are essentially tiny houses on wheels, so he has to know almost every trade: plumbing, electrical (120VAC and 12VDC), cabinetry, gas, diesel, suspensions... you name it. He came to my home today and installed a new sink and faucet, and removed my totally useless round Dometic sink/faucet combo our Winnebago came with. The Dometic sink/faucet looks great, the faucet folds down for travel, and the lid covers sink AND faucet, so looks VERY tidy when not in use. But form should follow function... that did NOT happen here: 1) sink is 16.5" round, but the bowl is essentially a sideways kidney, 13.5" wide at the widest point, 10" front to back with the faucet blocking 70% of the F-R diameter 2) the built-in folding faucet has about 4" of vertical clearance over the edge of the sink, and 3.5" of clearance from its front edge to the front of the faucet, so it's impossible to squeeze anything under it to wash 3) during use, the faucet keeps wanting to flop down because it's heavy and loose. So Guillermo installed my new MUCH roomier, much deeper F-R square sink and full-size faucet that DOESN'T block half the sink. We can now wash actual dishes, pots, and pans! He had to lower my P-trap and and modify some other plumbing, but he was very fair in his billing. He also examined my backup camera problem. He told me what part I needed to order to come back and fix what the stereo shop broke (Car Audio One installed a head unit, didn't install the back up camera, hooked up one side view camera, and cut off the 4-pin connectors). Needless to say, we'll be calling Guillermo back to the house for a lot more mods to make our rig more functional! read more

I cannot recommend this company enough. I was having a problem with my trailer breaks that had been supposedly repaired by a technician in Bakersfield. While driving to San Diego, the problem persisted. Upon arrival, SOS technician listened to my problem and got right to work troubleshooting. Guillermo is the most honest guy you can ask for, he used to work for another rv repair company but decided to go out on his own, needless to say he's the best. I've never looked back after he went off on his own, when I needed a toilet because my husband was in need due to a fatal illness Guillermo came out past 7pm to make sure it worked again. The cooling unit went out in my Dometic RV refrigerator (14 years old). Replacing the entire refrigerator was going to be an expensive proposition, not to mention we were leaving on a trip in 5 days and they are hard to find right now. My converter was bad as well and was no longer charging my batteries. I called SOS and Guillermo answered the phone and came over the same day within a couple of hours. Guillermo is our hero. Bottom line. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We took our brand new travel trailer out to the campground for the weekend. After using the shower for the first time, we found our black tank had completely fallen out of the bottom of the undercarriage and was sitting on the ground outside. Not good when we were nowhere near home, couldn't haul it in this condition, and still had 2 days to camp. I did a quick search for "mobile RV repair" and somehow the gods smiled on me when I found SOS Services. I texted Guillermo (holiday weekend, mind you) and got a response within the hour. Later that same afternoon, Guillermo arrived with everything we needed - including a boatload of knowledge - to get my RV put back together and save our weekend. He informed me how the shower in my (brand new, did I mention that?) travel trailer was routed incorrectly to the black tank, and that the hose inputs were pointing to the wrong pipes. He got everything screwed back together, we were able to use the RV like normal for the rest of the weekend, and I got it home with no problem. This guy is amazing and VERY reasonably priced. I needed to get my bearings repacked and greased as part of routine service on my travel trailer. Not only was SOS Services more cost competitive than other companies that I got quotes from, but they also came to me! It was so nice not to have to deal with hooking up the trailer and driving somewhere for the service, and later having to come and pick it up when finished. Also, Guillermo was able to perform the service within only a few days of calling to make the appointment - other places were booked up weeks to a month. Finally, I noticed that one of the drainage rails along my trailer roof had started to peel back. Guillermo was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to repair that while he was there. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with SOS Services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
