    Old useless sink
    David A.

Guillermo is awesome! He's approachable, responsive to questions, and provides GREAT value compared to overpriced dealerships. AND he comes to YOU. He's very knowledgeable, and what he doesn't know, he researches. And he's very versatile; you have to be, to work on RVs, which are essentially tiny houses on wheels, so he has to know almost every trade: plumbing, electrical (120VAC and 12VDC), cabinetry, gas, diesel, suspensions... you name it. He came to my home today and installed a new sink and faucet, and removed my totally useless round Dometic sink/faucet combo our Winnebago came with. The Dometic sink/faucet looks great, the faucet folds down for travel, and the lid covers sink AND faucet, so looks VERY tidy when not in use. But form should follow function... that did NOT happen here: 1) sink is 16.5" round, but the bowl is essentially a sideways kidney, 13.5" wide at the widest point, 10" front to back with the faucet blocking 70% of the F-R diameter 2) the built-in folding faucet has about 4" of vertical clearance over the edge of the sink, and 3.5" of clearance from its front edge to the front of the faucet, so it's impossible to squeeze anything under it to wash 3) during use, the faucet keeps wanting to flop down because it's heavy and loose. So Guillermo installed my new MUCH roomier, much deeper F-R square sink and full-size faucet that DOESN'T block half the sink. We can now wash actual dishes, pots, and pans! He had to lower my P-trap and and modify some other plumbing, but he was very fair in his billing. He also examined my backup camera problem. He told me what part I needed to order to come back and fix what the stereo shop broke (Car Audio One installed a head unit, didn't install the back up camera, hooked up one side view camera, and cut off the 4-pin connectors). Needless to say, we'll be calling Guillermo back to the house for a lot more mods to make our rig more functional!

Small section of wire that created a short causing trailer brakes not to work and give me error messages on my truck.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I was having a problem with my trailer breaks that had been supposedly repaired by a technician in Bakersfield. While driving to San Diego, the problem persisted. Upon arrival, SOS technician listened to my problem and got right to work troubleshooting. He was very thorough and found a very small section of wire that had rubbed enough to create a short to ground. He went above and beyond with parts and service.

They came out and fixed it so it wasn't flopping all over the place & possibly damaging our C-class. They contacted the manufacturer of the awning & they had a 3 week wait for the arm needed. So they looked on Amazon and found one but it wouldn't be here until 2 days after we leave! So they must have worked all day yesterday on the phone & found the arm locally. They came out today and replaced the arm. All works great. They were so responsive and worked so hard to get us back on the road. I wouldn't have trusted how we had it to go all the way home before getting it fixed. So happy with them. Will use them if we need to again.

I found them after realizing that the larger competitors would keep my RV for weeks, which wasn't an option since I couldn't afford to cancel guest reservations. Every time I've called, they've shown up the next day with an estimate and got my RV fixed quickly, minimizing any downtime. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of their work is excellent. Recently, I had a serious accident that required extensive repairs. RV Pro Mobile worked seamlessly with my insurance and warranty providers and completed the repairs in an impressive timeframe. I highly recommend them!

We were told we would get the rv back the following week. They ended up taking a week and a half. Then we were told they could install electronic locks on the drawers in our motorhome. They were unable to do this and instead installed magnets to prevent the drawers from rolling out when the vehicle is in motion. Next we we're told that there would be extra charges for the extra time it took to repair the drawers. But at that time we were not told that they were unable to install the electronic locks. They told us later that there was a problem with getting the locks they wanted with the manufacturer. When we went to pick up the vehicle that is when we found out that they had just put in the magnets and not the electronic locks. When I opened one of the drawers the latch just fell off. So we had to leave it there another day. When I asked why we were still paying the price quoted for electronic locks they said it was because of all the extra time it took them to try and install the electronic locks and then take them back out again. The explanation was pretty vague. It seems to me that if they are saying that they will install something and then are not able to that that should be on them. It also begs the question of competence. Why are they saying can do something and then not able to. We ended up leaving the payment as it was, but we will not be using this place again.

Tim was out to our house the very next day, on time and with a small back up crew. Within an hour or so, he had our problem solved - turned out to be a failed circuit board and we were lucky that he had one available and on site, ready to switch out. Prior to the repairs he explained to me what was going on, what he was testing and what might need to be done. After they swapped out the circuit board, he showed me what he did, demonstrated the proper way to use a slide-out with a glitch in it, showed us the part he swapped out. He also did a complimentary roof inspection and told us that we could call him anytime, day or night, home or camping spot, and he would come out if we needed another repair down the road. Our payment went through Venmo and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially because of the quick turnaround. Then (yes, there is more) he sent us some instructional videos that we could use down the road. What impressed me the most was his friendliness, his courtesy and his kindness. The same goes for his staff, Ivan and... (forgive me... missed his name even though he told me but I blabbered away and forgot, didn't want to look inattentive by asking for it again. Was it... Vince?) But I can tell you, they were friendly and outgoing, which also speaks volumes for the company they work for. In today's climate where you ask for a quote and you never hear back, you leave a voice mail and you never hear back, or you finally hear back and the next available spot is 2 weeks away, having Tim and his crew come out the very next day reminded me of what actual customer service is. I was given a 1hr window for arrival within 3 hours of calling and he arrived prompt and ready to get to work. As a 20yr retired mechanic I had an idea what could be leaking, but Tim walked me through the locations of these "trouble points", ran through the scenario systematically, and fixed our problem within 30min while showing me what to look for and why... It's so hard to find trustworthy help these days or assistance that's affordable... Finding both in the same guy with EWT was the blessing we needed to save our camping trip. I can see why he's one of the few approved vendors allowed into Santee Lakes Recreational campgrounds. Thanks again Tim!
