I have waited a long time to post this review. Though there was a lot of disorganization from the office staff in terms of scheduling with excuses and non return of telephone calls in the end after four visits and an apology of our first RV wash the techs got the sensors fixed that indicate the Murphy Bed is up so that the slide switch would operate. My summary is the techs are competent but the communication with the office is poor. Hopefully the communication has improved. read more

My slide out wouldn't retract so I couldn't leave my camping spot. After messing with it for several hours and trying to charge the battery to no avail, I called Elite RV. They showed up in about an hour, and discovered that my wiring within the trailer had shorted out and was a melted mess. They worked all afternoon and late at night to replace all the wiring and my light cable, which had also shorted out. They put it all back together even better than it was when I bought it! They really went above and beyond. Instead of doing just what was needed to get me rolling again, they took extra steps and forward thinking like installing extra brackets to prevent the wires from getting pulled on by accident. I felt so bad that I didn't have any money left in my budget to give them a big tip, because they really deserved it. I highly recommend Elite RV if you need any work done on your RV. read more

However, I've been trying to get them back out and over the course of a week, I've tried texting Adrian with my requests with extremely little back from him. Look no further,Elite RV has saved the day (and my bank account!). Big shout out to Adrian (the Owner, and his awesome crew). I purchased a 2001 Class C RV last winter and called about five RV repair companies and Adrian was the most straight forward transparent company. For starters .. I needed a whole new roof, generator would not start, rear bedroom slide out was broken, and overall just run down. Adrian not only beat all over prices but was there in person, or called me on the phone for every step of the process. No need to sugar coat this, but I did get multiple quotes, met multiple companies and Elite Rv was the best option. Yes, I always try and save money where I can, and compare multiple estimates. Elite RV was the most affordable, and professional company that came out. Adrian could see that this RV needed alot of TLC, and repairs that I couldn't afford. So guess what he did! Adrian took the time to explain how to fix minor things on my own. He literally pulled up parts and tutorials online on how to replace fixtures and flooring repairs. Two months later, I have new floors fully installed and almost all new interior all thanks to Adrian taking the time to explain these DIY projects. I still text and call Adrian asking him questions and getting estimates, and he is always there for us. I don't ever review companies, but Elite Rv deserves it. I'm a Phoenix local that loves renting RVs. I find that owning them just isnt economical unless you can use them more than 20 days in a year (which isnt me at this time in my life), plus with renting you get to try out new RVs as much as you want. Therefore, I've been renting RVs for years. I've rented from private individuals, and from most of the local companies that specialize in it and Elite RV continually ends up being favorite. There are som places that have generally newer or higher end rental, but elite rv has best deals on a wide variety of units (which includes some very high end models as well as some more affordable, but still great models). I've rented class c motorhomes, 5th wheel toy haulers and a pull behind toy hauler for eliterv. All have been very good. Granted there are usually small things wrong with most any RV, this is true even for my friends who own their own RVs, but these guys do keep their units in good shape (if you want a 5 star hotel experience, you should book a 5 star hotel, not an RV). I like that they have a reasonable sanitation fee and plenty of options for more or less reasonably priced peace of mind add ons, but dont try and aggressively upsale you into anything. Most importantly I've found them to always be honest, fair, friendly, and helpful. Nathan in particular is great to work with. This along with the good selection and best prices is what keeps me coming back. Note that I've x-posted this review which is something I dont usually do, so that tells you how much I like these guys. read more

Came right away to diagnose a propane leak in had suspected. They identified the culprit as a defective regulator (and let me see the problem first hand under the coach). Saul got it fixed that morning and the best part is that we never had to leave our camping spot! No driving and waiting at the RV dealership all-day. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had to use their service because they were approved to come into Santa Lakes Campground. They came out and took pictures of all the issues I was having with my RV and said they would work directly with the Warranty Dept of the Manufacturer and would call me. That was 9/29. I have called them at least a dozen times and Adrian would tell me he was waiting on Warranty Dept and Warranty Rep states they haven't been contacted. I'm done and going with another company. We were dry camping in San Diego and our generator stopped running. We found Elite and gave them a call. To our relief they were able to come out same day. Spent about 20 minutes looking at the generator and determined we needed a new carb. Charged us $250 for the trip charge and 1 hour of labor. Had a buddy come out after work and realized a loose wire was the culprit. Not at all impressed with their service or repair knowledge. read more

We used Elite RV to replace the water heater in our RV. They arrived on time, installed the water heater and over all did a good job!

We blew a tire on our way out to a San Diego-based RV park last week and had to get not only our blown tire, but the other three replaced. After spending a few days trying to get the tires replaced with no luck, we tried Elite RV. Adrian and his team were able to not only find quality, resonalbly priced, replacements for tires, but they were able get a damaged wheel repaired, as well, all in time for us to check out the following day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! CHECK WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! They robbed not only our insurance company, but also us!! They knew nothing on how to install an RV windshield...Took 4 guys ALL day and they removed all inside frame to get glass out. They then installed the gasket around the glass and tried to force the glass in place with a rope!!! Glass separated on our cross country trek, and they became invisible! Fortunately found a reputable glass expert, who took 3hrs to undue Elite's mess and re install the glass properly. They also replaced our steps with wrong ones...The swing arm wasn't long enough so the steps didn't come out far enough; which was very dangerous getting in/out! We were getting ready to leave from the RV park on a Sunday......as I went to bring in my slides on my Class A Coach, one of them failed to come in by about a 12 inches....I called Elite RV expecting to get voicemail....Adrain answered the phone he asked me some basic questions and I sent him some pics of the slide and motor labels....he said he would be there in an hour arrived on time....he tried several attempts to reset the module but it would not work....he then manually retracted the slide and explained how to do it.....it was no easy task as there were two (2) motors....and one was hidden.... he got us on the road home and explained how to get reimbursed from my Extended Warranty from Easy Care.... OMG I am a happy camper! It's Friday and I'm leaving to go camping tomorrow, my hydraulic levels decide to go haywire on me. The panel lit up like a Christmas tree. The inspection was done professionally but only find the issues that needed repair. I was weeks later before warranty work was done that was done professionally. I also had Elite Mobile RV do an exterior wash and buffing to remove scratches and oxidation on my 2 yr only 5th wheel. The guys came in Dec 2021 late about 11 AM saying they had a nice breakfast at a restaurant. The detail work was not a detail that I expected when having my auto detailed where all areas of the car exterior are cleaned. NOT DO use Elite mobile RV for detailing or cleaning. They left areas not wiped or waxed, and even left spider webs attached and not cleaned. They had a big all-day job to do but left about 5 PM. I wanted my sewer tanks flushed and Frig seal flap adjusted but they said they did not have time to do that. The owner Adrian would not return my texts and emails and was not a customer service type of guy. We were headed to Sun San Diego Outdoor RV Resort on the 15 south and our RV stop on the freeway. We were able to pull over on the side of the rode and call Elite RV Mobil Service. They came out and were able to show my husband an axillary button that jump started our RV so we were able to get off the freeway safely and to the RV Park. Don't do it. Don't leave your RV with these "business ran out of their car trunk guys". First off, I brought them my 1977 Sportsman (Sept 9th 2018). Needed a new radiator, some brake work along with some carburetor fuel line cleaning with 7 new tires. My RV wasn't finished until Jan 6, 2019. Almost 4 months to finish. And then when I went to pick it up, they was still working on it. 1 1/2 hour later, he said it's ready to go. ??? Unbelievable this guy. Was heading up to Hollister for a 7 day family smoking trip, when our brake control failed to work. It was 4am and we tried everything we could to get on the road. No luck. I called and messaged over 5 different 24/7 mobile rv repair places and no one got back to me except Elite. He called me on my way back from the auto shop and walked me through testing to make sure that was what it was. He was patient and helpful as I followed his instructions. Turns out we overlooked one fuse in our main fuse box and it happened to be blown. Now I know that seems obvious, but when it's dark as hell and you've got two small kids and a rig attached to your truck in the middle of the road, no amount of common sense will prevail. Plus we checked the fuses, just not that one. Needless to say we got on the road that day at about 10:45am and it would not have happened had he not assisted me over the phone. We called elite rv so someone could inspect a mobile home we had planned on purchasing. The guy was an hour late and I understand. It's a small business and you were just an hour or two at a camping park but it really upset me when he only spent LITERALLY 10 MINUTES looking at the car and stopped because of a small issue, then proceeded to not give us a discount because he didn't complete the inspection. Instead telling me it will go towards another rv inspection a different day. He ALSO said he would help us look for an rv and promised it would be cheaper than what we were about to spend. Well guess what, we called him back four days later when we actually bought an rv and he did not follow through. We texted him asking how it was going and he only said "good". I was trying to be nice and decided to wait a few more days but when I called again, he transferred us to someone else who then told us he didn't have time to come look at our rv but would call us back tomorrow. Wash and wax for a RV 400$ fair price BUT worse job ever ..... took two days to do ,first day one guy came and did nothing but complain about how hot it was . Didn't know how to wax as he said he never does waxes as he said" you can probably already tell". Had his daughter with him . Not a problem as she worked to .He said he would be right back going to get lunch and was gone for two hours . The second day he came back with two other people to finish the job and was told this was the best guy he has .We were suppose to leave and had to wait due to them coming back a second day (delayed trip ). RV only a few years old and is kept up . Had very light oxidation that I wanted removed told me not a problem . Then it became a problem ,didn't remove ,left wax and swirl marks all over RV ,And Wax all over my RV slide out rubber boots . Had to leave park I was at and when I got to destination had to rehire a new detailer to detail the whole rig and do it right ,more money .Long story short if you have a grandma that's 90 years old your be better off having her do your RV .... read more

Adriane was wonderful. Tranfer switch fried from a power serge on Friday nite in Chula Vista. He was out Saturday to look over. While he needed to order the part he helped charge our batteries so we had some power. He was back on Monday and rewired everything. He made sure we were up and running before he left and answered all our many questions. He also gave us cold water as everything we had was hot. Elite also works for our warranty company and he obtained authorization for the repairs so we only paid the deductible. We highly recommend this company read more

Brenda, Robert and Phynell where great! Our battery in the RV kept loosing charge, they replaced the batteries but still wasn't keeping charge. Finally they where able to diagnose the issue. The electric had a huge surge at some time, Brenda informed me that it would be wise to get a surge protector this will prevent future issues. Wish this was a common must for RV goes to get, to protect their assets! Anyways thanks to this team they where able to solve our issue, trade out the burnt wires and burnt fuse! Worst company ever. Don't waste your time. They have made empty repair promises since April 2018. Adrien showed up in April, took pictures and said for months he was ordering parts. Its now June and the company never did anything. Brenda stated on 2 June 2018 that Adrien no longer works for them and stated she would come out Friday June 8th to resolve and fix problems.
