Do not just take their word for it. I came here to get my screen fixed through T-Mobile insurance. The repair itself was fine, but the customer service afterward was an absolute joke. After the fix, they pushed me to buy a screen protector. I normally order mine from Amazon because in-store ones are usually cheap and poorly made. The only reason I agreed was because the employee assured me that if there were any issues at all, I could bring it back and they would replace it with no questions asked. The younger guy who installed it clearly did not care about doing a good job. He applied it lazily, and while it looked okay at first, within a week the protector started peeling from the bottom left corner. I went back fully expecting them to honor their own words and instead got told it would be 12 dollars to replace it. At no point during the original conversation was this replacement fee ever mentioned. The employee then pointed to some random sheet of paper nowhere near where we talked, trying to justify it. That is not how you do honest business. This is a classic bait and switch and it shows they have zero interest in standing by their word. I walked out without paying because I refuse to reward shady practices. If this is how they treat customers, I would not trust them with anything more than a basic repair. Bottom line: If you have a T-Mobile insurance claim, be extremely careful here. Record what they promise you, get it in writing, or better yet, take your business somewhere else

First off, id like to say that I had high hopes for this company. After all these "positive"…read morereviews, I finally gave them a shot. First attempt was when I called to ask how much to fix my older Imac . They basically said they didn't want to do it, that it wasn't worth it.... to them. For a business, I found that weird since customers are the ones paying for a service. I said, ok no problem. Still felt weird about it, but no big deal. There are other iMac repair places available that apparently like business. Then my wife's iPhone X needed a screen repair. I called ahead and specifically asked them for a price and was told $119 by someone named Juvencio. No other comments were made to me, no other questions. My wife takes the phone in later in the day and upon pick up is charged $151. She then tells me that she was not happy with the aftermarket super thick screen, and the colored variation of the glass. She lets whoever handed the phone over know, and then they tell her thats how it is and that original is $300+ . This was never mentioned upon dropping off before the service. THEN she gets the bill for $151. They're assumption that we wouldn't pay for an original glass makes me wonder again about their business practices. So we paid, a service was performed, and rightfully so the bill was paid. Im glad this happened to us because I USED to recommend this place to friends without having actually been a customer, but long time Ridgewood resident. Unfortunately once I needed work to be done, it wasnt as good as I had hoped for. Be aware that there are tons of PC and Mac places around, dont find the location a reason to be lazy to get a proper fix with ethical practices.
