These guys are like doctors for antique radios. They basically performed surgery on my boyfriend's Bose from the '90's, and even built the part for it that Bose no longer manufactures. Ernesto is kind and professional and you can just tell these guys are Pro's. Their prices reflect the cost of labor, and I think they're worth every penny. The lead time is long to have something repaired, so I opted to pay to have it expedited and I had it back in 3 days. If you have a radio you care about, bring it here.

Great go-to repair shop. Genuinely vested in fixing your vintage audio equipment. Highly recommend.

After a deeply disappointing experience at a home repairman in Brooklyn, I brought my vintage 1970s solid state Yamaha CR-2020 receiver in severe need of repair to Analogique, and they brought it back to life. I could not have been happier with my experience. From the get-go, it was a very professional experience. I dropped off the unit, and they spent 3 days making an estimate of the work required. When I heard back from them, I agreed to the repair and they got started. The repair took about 5 days (insanely fast, especially compared to the last guy who tried to fix it) and they did a top-notch job. Went above and beyond the problem with the unit, going so far as to replace burnt out lightbulbs and clean up after the last repair. These guys are perfectionists, and are honest about their work. When I picked my receiver up, they let me know that the tuner frequency wasn't completely accurate (the station frequency displayed was slightly different than the frequency being delivered). When I brought it home and hooked it up, the unit performed flawlessly and sounded like it used to - beautiful! I've learned that you get what you pay for when it comes to vintage stereo repair - and while the repair at Analogique wasn't cheap, they did a top-notch job. My receiver plays like new! I'd recommend Analogique to anyone who is serious about getting their vintage equipment repaired

I'm recommending. If you can't get merchandise you want from Apple make it yourself. The decal came with my iPad I believe. I wanted a iPad screen saver installed for it too. I did keep the Apple decal and found it recently. Haha As for this place, I'd use their service again.

They said the repair would include replacing the left analog stick controller board assembly to restore functionality. The quoted cost was $230 + tax, with an estimated turnaround time of 2-5 business days. After that, I had to call almost every day just to get updates. Then today, I received a different message saying they had received replacement parts, but not the full set. They said they could replace the damaged analog sticks themselves, but were still waiting for the round LED light rings around the sticks. They also said they could return the device with the controllers functional, but the left stick would have no LED light ring. That was concerning because the original diagnosis and quote were for the left analog stick controller board assembly, but the later message described replacing the analog sticks themselves and leaving the LED ring unfinished. For $230 + tax, I do not think a partial or incomplete repair is acceptable. When I went to pick up the device, I had already called and was told it was ready. But when I arrived, I still had to wait around 30 minutes while they reassembled it. That is not "ready for pickup." To be fair, the owner was there and was kind, apologetic, and professional. My issue was not with him. My issue was with the repair technician handling my device. His attitude was horrendous, and the interaction felt careless and unprofessional. The worst part is that after testing my ROG Ally X in-store, the left trigger felt worse than before, and the light around the stick was no longer working. I brought the device in for a specific repair, and I left feeling like it had been returned with new problems. As someone who runs a tech company and understands customer service, I was shocked by how poorly the repair side of this was handled. I had other products I was considering bringing to them, but after this experience, I will not be returning. A kind owner cannot make up for a disorganized, incomplete, and careless repair process.

The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!

I didn't return until another 2 weeks later, as they had already closed the claim and did not contact me that it was ready. When I picked it up, they showed me the display was fixed and I was on my way. It wasn't until I had gotten home that I noticed it was a completely different monitor attached to my laptop - a massive dent on one of the corners that was never there, scratches all over the surface, cracks all around the monitor, worn rubber protection, sticky substance in the hinge, and it makes a clicking noise when I open/close it. Now have to work with Asurion to get it fixed again.
