I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew. The entire project was done by 4pm that day.. It was absolutely incredible to see them work. What professionals.. left everything spotless.. not a bit of dust left behind. Incredible value for what they offered. Also my wife loved that they simply let you pick from any dimmer or light they had... they didn't focus on the price (it's all same, choose what you like they told her) because of course.. why focus on $5 difference in cost when you want the client to be thrilled with what they select. 5 Stars++++

Our living room flooded from a burst hose outside. We obviously didn't want carpet again and went with waterproof vinyl that looks like wood. The room was alway dark with minimal lighting which was terrible since our billiards table is in there. Since I took apart the pool table for the new flooring it was time to upgrade lighting. I had two other companies come to our home for quotes. Both of them ended up flaking on getting quotes back to me. Andrew from TRLC was the most professional. He showed up on time, gave me great suggestions, had a suitcase with actual different sized and types of lights to select from, and sent me the quote on my email the next day as promised. The pricing was very reasonable. We selected TRLC to go ahead and they were excellent in their communication for scheduling and coming out to do the job. Daniel and Brian came out the day of the job and were amazing!!! They protected areas with plastic sheeting and totally cleaned up afterwards. Brian suggested lining up the two recessed lights in the conversation seating area. The previous lights were the old school square ones and were place in really weird positions. Now they look great lined up and accenting the wall with light. (Brian get huge cudos for that and giving me expert advice on 3 way switch wiring.) The sloped ceiling in the living room now looks light and bright. The GIMEL (swivel) lights shine downward so now we can play billiards and actually see! Previously we only had two tiny 3" recessed ceiling lights by the fireplace that didn't do much. In addition they took out a dated timer by our front door and used the wiring from the old lights to pull through for the new ones. They put the front outside lights on one switch and kept the chandelier on it's switch. Now our 3 gang switch looks clean without the old timer that never worked well anyway. I am beyond thrilled with everything TRLC did from the beginning to the end. I'm sure you will be too!

While Johnny is more of a classic "contact by phone guy" that I'm becoming along with many friends, Chris was exceptionally friendly, effective, and to the point about proper parts to get. We're undergoing a one year renovation and I'm disabled but serving as general contractor and do source the wrong parts now and then. This team has replaced another company we've used for decades. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. We were very pleased with the finished work and highly recommend Armes Electric.

We scheduled a day for him to come by to check the panel and the placement of the charger. With some slight changes to the panel, he could make room for the required breaker. Originally, I thought the charger would need to be installed on the outside of the house, but Eric assessed inside the garage and identified the perfect location for the charger. His estimate was lower than I expected based on my research. We agreed on the price. He came by at the end of his day, so he was willing to do the electrical work while he was there. Eric has chargers with him to sell, but I was looking for a charger with an app, which he did not have. I asked Eric if there was a charger he recommended, and fortunately, it was the same one I had decided on. I ordered the charger, and it arrived a couple of days later. As Eric promised, he stopped by the following day and installed the charger. I'm very happy with the install. Eric is very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
