I've come to accept that most places just treat fries as an afterthought, but Southern Twang did 'em the right way: hot, crispy and well seasoned without being too salty. Despite the righteous burger/fries they offered up, there is room for improvement. The menu is pretty confusing and seems like it could be condensed or cleaned up somehow (3 pages stapled together). I actually went there to get the beef bowl (which I assume is Asian-inspired) that I saw a pic of on their FB page only to find out that it is a breakfast dish. I'll chalk these missteps up to them just getting starting, and hope that next I visit thay the menu is a bit more cohesive.
