I got the Skin Radiance facial, which was completely customized for my skin and included microdermabrasion. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward! I really appreciated that she noticed an old mountain biking scar on my upper lip and used cupping and gua sha to gently work on softening the scar tissue. She also incorporated lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness around my eyes and ease sinus congestion. When she added reflexology during my mask, I was so relaxed I seriously thought I might start snoring! It was such a wonderful, rejuvenating experience--I'll absolutely be returning!

After meeting Leah, I won't go anywhere else, she is passionate at what she does and is exceptional at it. She is dedicated, focus and more importantly a one person team so she will be the one working on your eyebrows, not some recently graduated beauty tech from the street. I just made a micro blading appointment for this Frida. We finally got some stubborn hairs to grow back on the right tail of my eyebrow and since we have created & my perfected my eyebrow shape.. While I understand that risks and consent forms are part of cosmetic procedures, that does not change the outcome I experienced after treatment at your clinic. Prior to beginning treatments, I was specifically told that 3 Nouvaderm sessions would help remove my dark spots and improve my skin. Instead, after my final treatment, my pigmentation became significantly darker and I developed visible marks and irritation that I did not have before. Since then, I have consulted with multiple independent skin specialists and nurses, who expressed concern that my skin may have been overtreated and that improper laser settings likely contributed to the hyperpigmentation and damage I am now dealing with. I am currently facing thousands of dollars in corrective treatments because of the condition my skin was left in afterward. Your statement that there was "no evidence" of damage during my follow-up does not invalidate my experience or the professional opinions I received afterward from other providers. Hyperpigmentation and laser-related skin trauma can worsen over time, especially in deeper skin tones. I shared my review to honestly describe my personal experience and to encourage others to thoroughly research providers and understand the risks before committing to expensive treatments.

I called Pamela on Friday and got an appointment on Saturday. The office is located in any easily accessible area of Belmont. The exam room is not an exam room at all. It's a comfortable lounge with natural lighting, reclining massage chair with a leg bolster, and warm music. It was a spa version of the dentist.
