The decor was perfect--the right furniture, the right music, the right colors. Melissa was lovely. I did the peppermint twist foot massage. It felt good. But the people who answered the phone were not accomodating. Maybe it was the salon's policy that they had to explain. The way it worked made me feel like a school girl that could be called to the principal's office. Maybe the owner can relax their rules and make customers feel more comfortable with scheduling. I used to love this place but the customer service has gone way downhill, the steam room is out of order, and it's very difficult to book an appointment. No ability to do it online or email and they don't pick up the phone or have a message machine. When I finally did get one booked with a friend, I got there and they just stared at me blankly and didn't even try to make it right. We are both professionals and had taken time off to schedule this in - and we were really looking forward to it. The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. It's truly a shame that this business' management seems to have fallen by the wayside. Hoping to find a new go to as this one is definitely off my list. I used to like this place for the massage therapists and other providers (not the decor or vibe- it's a brown, dark, cave in there) I was a 1x a month regular for years prior to Covid. But, I agree with most of the recent reviews- it was starting to have issues prior to Covid and not only have they not recovered, they don't seem to be trying to. The steam room had been "out of order" for literal years. It was recently fixed, but they don't turn it on unless you ask. It takes 30 min to heat up, so you won't be able to use it prior to your service. Don't bother trying to call the day ahead and ask if it is possible for someone to turn it on the following morning, it won't happen. It's very difficult to book an appointment as they are only open W-Sunday and only book via phone call. So, you have to call back multiple times to try and reach a live person, or leave a message. I have called on a Saturday, left a voicemail, and received a reply phone call the following Wednesday. The front office staff is usually nice and helpful when you are actually there. The providers/massage therapists remain good and I want to support them! There have been some small improvements and maybe a fresh coat of paint, but I figured it was because they are going to try and sell because the effort is minimal and barely noticeable. I have gone to rejuvenation for 12 years- the exact same chairs, books, and decor are in the waiting area. I am now going to DragonTree or Allison Inn for treatments. read more

This last time was the 3rd time. I understand workers get injured but you need to have a deeper work pool than just one person able to give massages. How do you stay in business? Great experience here! My husband and i were visiting from Texas. We stopped in for our scheduled massage & pedicures. The check in process was easy. Fill out paperwork, go shower and change into a robe and wait in the sanctuary/waiting room. I was completely mortified we got the massage before the pedicure. I am so sorry to the woman doing my massage on my feet. I assumed we would have a pedicure first. That's another reason I couldn't focus on the massage. The massage was great and extremely professional. I scheduled 2 aromatherapy massages. Not sure if my husband got one of if we paid for 2, be paid while I was changing lol. The lady did a great job and massaging me. I'd never had a massage before. I was nervous and kept forgetting to breathe and tightening up but she was extremely patient and kept telling me to breathe and relax my legs and arms ha. I got embarrassed when she massaged my love handle area and cried but it's so dark and quiet no one noticed thankfully. The showers were clean and the towels and brushed were stocked and appeared clean. The only thing was there was barely any body wash at all in the far back shower. But other than that it was extremely organized. You get a locker to keep your stuff in with your own key so you don't need to worry about your stuff being messed with. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was super friendly and polite. The pedicures were nice and fancy. I felt like a celebrity ha. It's such a great spa and I hope to come back one day. If you're thinking about going, you definitely should. They have 10/10 customer service and professionalism! read more

I have been coming to this spa for 15 plus years off and on. I have always enjoyed my treatments and felt the service was spectacular....UNTIL my 5/24/2024 facial treatment. The esthetician was underwhelming to say the least. The description of the facial absolutely did not match what I received. 99% of the time I was laying, with a brighter than usual light shining in my face and no music, with product on my face while she sat and fidgeting. There was very very little touch/massage! No heated booties for feet or hands (which is in the description on their website). Literally it felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. As I moved to my next treatment I did express my dissatisfaction to the next technician. I came home and re read the facial amenities and thought wow...that would of been nice since I paid for it. I contacted the spa and left a message that afternoon. I tried several more times leaving messages with no avail. I emailed them as well. Finally I sent them a certified letter. To date NO RESPONSE! I've been met with rudeness, promises to be called back for scheduling and never contacted again. A close friend was kind enough to gift me with the tranquility package here for my birthday so I decided to start my week off with it. The woman who took my appointment offered to email me the paperwork so that I would not be rushed upon my arrival which was a really lovely touch so I just handed the receptionist my gift certificate and paperwork when I arrived. I was led to the locker room area which was very tidy and I was a bit uncomfortable at first because a woman was in there filling the shampoos and such. Sorry, but I am not one of those just let's get naked in front of random persons type of a person. She seemed to take the hint though and finaly left me to be alone to change. I changed and wandered into the center room which has a gorgeous water feature and big comfy chairs, magazines, etc but before I had time to look around a sweet woman appeared calling me by name. I was led in for my foot rejuvenation. Honestly, I could imagine coming back just for this alone because wow. The chairs were amazing, laying you back while you get exfoliated and massaged. She took her time and brought me amazing tea, water and whatever I wanted. She led me to this nice room to have lunch which was very good and presented well. I will say that it was a bit noisy and distracting since the room seems to be right in the middle of everything and there were a lot of people running back and forth while I was trying to eat. I am also a very slow eater so I did feel a bit rushed during this portion of my visit. Next up was my Earth elements wrap which was heaven. After a lot of targeted pressured massage she wrapped me in tea soaked linens and mylar. It was amazing enough on it's own and then came the rain therapy...I could have stayed in there all day, no joke... My skin felt amazing - so alive. Last was my massage which was wonderful, of course. She did focus on the areas I suggested when she asked. I had never experienced a day at a spa before so this was lovely. For those of you, like me, who have limited funds to get specialized spa services I will give you pointers. For massages - I have several ladies I go to where I may not have the spa environment but cost half the price. I do highly recommend getting a wrap though for a detox or a foot rejuvenation to lift your spirits. These folks treat you so well during these individual treatments that you will feel just like you spent the day there. Also, they have a steam room you can utilize before or after you treatment, lovely showers and even an array of wonderful products etc in case you need to freshen up afterwards. Or just lounge in their tranquility room with some tea or snacks they provide. read more

I'm amazed that this "spa" has received any ratings over average. My experience was far from being wooed. When entering the "spa" you are greeted at reception with a peeling wall. Not the stellar first impression I had in mind while waiting for my appointment. When called back, I was shown into the sanctuary that was so tiny and had to step around people to pass through to the locker rooms. There I noticed a sign half hanging off the basket to return the slippers and a cabinet door completely missing. Drapery rods were askew and paint had issues on walls. My massage was so strange. I've never had a massage start with my legs but that's what Sally did. I also told her that I would like extra time on my lower back and didn't get it. She did no glute or pec work. Liz gives the BEST facials. I've struggled with acne my entire life and Liz completely changed the game for me. She's so attentive to my skins needs and problem areas. My complexion looks phenomenal after my visits. She also makes sure I have a routine at home that fits my needs. Not to mention, she's just the sweetest human ever! I called here on Sunday morning after researching the web on Saturday night. I have a hamstring that was bothering me and was hoping to get in today to have a deep tissue massage. To my surprise they had an opening. The location was great. Close to other businesses I use frequently and a short drive from my home. I arrived and since I was new I had to fill out a form with name / address and several other items. I left off the ones I was not comfortable answering such as daily medications, etc. I'll tell the LMT but I'm not writing it on the sheet. I was led back to the women's locker room. Nice place. A little of everything in there to use after your massage. They had a steam room which I didn't try out but perhaps I would in the future. You are seated in a calm room with water and tea as well as a nice waterfall. There are books and magazine but basically its just a nice place to chill out. You LMT will come to get you and lead you back to the massage therapy room. It's a great room which is clearly used for other types of massage treatments as it has the shower heads installed in there as well. The floor is heated which is a treat when you slip off your rubber thongs and robe. Which they provide you with in the dressing room. Erica was my LMT and she has been working there for about 2 years. She is not afraid to get in there and work a bit when asked. I told her about my hamstring and she worked on it some while I was laying on my stomach. And then for the last twenty minutes of my hours massage she worked on thigh as those are some of the muscles that get tense in response to the hamstring. She recommended a couple of products that she used on me. Which was good. Then you have options when you are leaving whether or not to buy or not. A lot of places do that but I didn't feel like it was a come on as can sometimes be the case. I have felt like that in different spas and salons that they try to sell you everything. This was nice and not pushy. The price is $100 for an hour deep tissue massage. With the spa extras 'cuz clearly you could hang out there for a while it was worth it. I'll be back. read more

I've been to this Spa twice now. The first time was such a treat that I *had* to take my Mom for Mother's Day the following year. I'd like to specifically mention the woman named Melany that gave me a facial. Her service was by far the best part of my visit. She was attentive, informative, helpful, and kind. I initially went in wanting to lay back quietly while experiencing the facial but I spent most of the time inquiring about skincare and received an incredible amount of helpful advice. She even gave me a list of suggestions of products to use and set some aside for me at the counter before I checked out! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the water glasses didn't look very clean. I tried finding a clean one but they all were affected. Though the employees did a good job of keeping the area and locker room free of discarded towels or dishes. read more

I have rave reviews for the two times I have had massages there!!! Awesome, awesome!!! I have even had a very relaxing pedi there as well. It's nice to be able to dawn a robe and slipper and following your massage, sit in the calming common area with the fountain in the background, nice music in the background and sipping on tea. One MAJOR COMPLAINT Though!!!!!! Last time I was there I experienced a very awkward situation. When I came out from my massage there were a few other people in robes lounging in chairs, which was totally fine! Expected! However, I left for a pedi and came back to an older gentleman sitting there in his street clothes reading a book! That may seem harmless, it is, HOWEVER!!! If you are naked in a robe around other people in a robe, you don't notice or care! If there is suddenly a man in street clothes sitting amongst you, that completely changes the vibe and becomes uncomfortable. Turns out, he wasn't even getting a service, just waiting for his wife to get a massage.... They should not allow people to do that. They should have people waiting in street clothes to wait in the lobby by the check in desk. I hope this is read by management and some changes are made. read more

We have been going here for nearly 5 years. Top of the price scale, but that's okay because they do run specials and the have discounts on walk-in appointments. You really get pampered and I just love the steam room. It's quiet, and the little details are what stand out--- warm herbal tea, nuts, cucumber water and comfortable chairs in the waiting area. The facial's are really thorough, and you feel like you really got a good scrub, with extractions then ending with a nice layer of moisturizer. My only tip is if you opt for the facial and you don't want products tell them that prior to avoid the sale's pitch. I also have gotten haircuts here, massages & pedicures and each service is consistently good no matter what practitioner I get! I went in to get a signature facial with Liz today after I'd seen her several times at her previous spa. I had to follow her because she did such an amazing job there and she's only gotten better. Today she did an excellent job of taking care of my aches and pains as well as making my skin look incredible. She gave a fantastic neck and shoulder massage along with the most relaxing facial ever. My skin is very dry so she took extra care teaching me about how to use my products to make sure they apply well. She also taught me about what kinds of things to use to deal with some acne scarring. I like to tell people that it's because I want to maintain a low carbon footprint, but it's honestly because I used to live downtown and haven't bothered to acquire one since. When I wanted to get a massage with my boyfriend, I let Yelp tell me what the best decision near my house was, and clever as it is, it led me to Rejuvenation. In the days leading up to the appointment, I was telling my boyfriend how I've always wanted to go to a legitimate spa with robes and slippers. I was a Massage Envy aficionado, but I wanted the true, elite spa experience. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to this place and, after some brief paperwork, I was led into a RELAXATION room and then to a LOCKER ROOM where SLIPPERS & a ROBE were waiting for me. Had it not been the naked old woman blow drying her hair behind me as I stripped down, I probably would have done a happy dance. After de-robing and then robing, I met my guy out in the relaxation room where we chilled out for a while. The lights are low, water flows through a fountain in the center, the chairs are comfortable, and it truly relaxes your mind in preparation for your spa treatment. I can't remember who my masseuse was, but we both thoroughly enjoyed them! I left, reluctantly, feeling amazing! The massages were a bit more expensive than other spas in the area, but rightfully so in my opinion. You will get what you pay for here, in the best sense! Oh, and let them serve you hot tea. My back has been killing me for the past few weeks, as I've not been kind and done my normal clean eating and yoga - and let's face it; when you have a kid who is starting his freshman year of HS, it gets a little bit stressful! I was in search of a same day appointment - and by golly, I found it with a bit of googling (thanks Yelpers!). I don't know that that is the norm; because it was still fairly busy; but I will count myself lucky. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the quiet spa ambience. It's not a retail store posing as a spa; this is the real deal! After filling out my new client paperwork, I was given a tour and shown to my own locker. As you walk through into the spa area, you enter the Sanctuary (appropriately named) which is dimly lit, has a beautiful rock water fountain, and several comfortable chairs. Tea and water is available, and you are invited to just sit and bathe in quiet. There is a men's locker room and women's locker room - and the general decor is not feminine at all so it would be comfortable either for a gentleman or a lady. In the women's locker room; there was a steam room (!!!) and a couple of bathrooms and showers. They provide you with a locker, a plush warm robe, sandals, and a towel. The steam room was simply divine - I could feel the tension drain out and it was a great pre-cursor to my massage. Christine did a fabulous job with their Signature Massage (30 min) and the price is actually very reasonable, and comparable. They may have three $$$ because of some of their other premium services which can run in the hundreds - but I found most of their offerings very well priced for such a luscious experience (can I say luscious? it fits but sounds a bit bourgeois). All in all, a solid 5 stars, and I very much look forward to returning. read more

I've been looking for a great day spa since moving here from So. Cal and this place is great. My girlfriends were coming to visit and wanted to do a spa day. Had never been here before but found it on yelp and since it had services and amenities we were looking for thought we'd book it. We were used to all the great day spas in California so wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Ambiance is not as good as Burke Williams back in CA, but its a nice, tranquil place with a relaxation room, steam room and full shower/locker room amenities. It's not a 5 star resort spa environment, but frankly as long as the amenities are good, my focus is on the services available. I had the Thai Ball Massage with VIchy Shower. Might be the best I've had. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They do try to sell you products when you go to pay, but that's pretty normal. And they do it very casually by leaving a treatment card with recommendations for products. I politely declined and that was it. My friends said we definitely have to go there on their next trip. I am planning to go back there very soon! read more
