I finally got my crown replaced (at another dentist office) so I thought I would finally write about my experience, especially since my new dentist has made this such a pleasant experience. I was looking for a new dentist that took my insurance and came across this place. From my first visit to last visit every appt was unenjoyable. From the sketchy stairs, pee smelled elevator, office gossip, I do NOT recommend going here. Also the fact that they say they're a "Holistic" dentist but they're not. The receptionist started by giving me another patients info (total HIPAA violation). The dental assistant Mary was discussing workplace annoyances to me. My first appt was getting my temporary crown placed. While in the parking lot leaving, my temp crown fell out and was loose in my mouth. I was so shocked, not once was it mentioned that was a possibility, not to mention the possible choking hazard. I went back in to let them know and they treated it so nonchalant. I came back 2 weeks later to have my permanent crown seated. The crown was done so poorly. The shape should have 4 mounds, and was almost completely smooth. The height was also taller than my other teeth which messed up my bite. I mentioned that I didn't like the shape and it felt uncomfortable, so Dr Flath tried fixing the shape, which he then made worse, and shortened the side close to my gums. Then told me there was nothing he could do because the crown was too short now. I struggle going to the dentist so I found it hard to speak up and demand they replace the crown, especially because they kept dismissing me and saying "I had to deal with it". I went to my new dentist and they had said what an awful job was done. So I called Bravo Smile and told them I got a second opinion, that my dentist said the crown was cracking, causing inflammation, and had a void. Which shouldn't be happening in a year. Bravo Smile was not helpful in the slightest. I mostly spoke with Mary and she threatened me and hung up on me. So I was not able to get a refund and had to pay to get a new crown done in under 3 years. Anyway if you stayed to read my story, thank you, just wanted to give a warning of this place. Definitely do not recommend.

There are very few dentists in our area who even recognize TMJ/TMD, much less know anything about how to treat it, and I'm relieved to have found Dr. Motlagh. She is very knowledgeable about and experienced in this subject matter, and she has pioneered a nonsurgical way to deal with the issue. Hurray! Though I am at the beginning of this journey, I feel strongly that I'm in capable hands and will ultimately find relief. I appreciate all the time she has taken to perform extensive tests and measurements, share the results so that I can get the full picture, and really explain to me what she's doing. Dr. Motlagh's care for her patients is evident. I have never been so excited to go to the dentist!

I went in one week and was scheduled the next week to get 6 of my teeth fixed. They scheduled me in and got the work done so fast. As far as being a patient I felt like I was treated like a king. I had went to another dentist before I came here. I did not feel confident and they did not make me feel comfortable about my decision nor what I wanted to get done. Didn't pay attention to my concern. So when I came to Dr. Motlaugh it was amazing just to have her listen to my concerns, address them, and make me feel confident in what I wanted. My operation went as smooth and as easy as possible. I even changed my dental plan so that I could come to her office as a regular patient because I felt so cared for there. I'm happier than ever I came here and if I ever need other work or refer anyone else anywhere--it will definitely be to her & her office. It's been only 3 years and now I have to have it re-done again by an Emergency Dentist because he wasn't comfortable just gluing it back on because "It was a shitty job and should of lasted way longer." I would of op-ed out couple other procedures done in the past treaments had I known what the bill was gonna be and Its the second or third time now from procedures they said insurance covers ended up half or full out of pocket like $1,000 night guard.

My first 2 appointments were completely fine. Although I did feel a bit uncomfortable by the head front desk person because I could overhear her talking bad about another patient that she just got off of the phone with. Didn't think too much of it. The rest of the staff were nice. I then get a request for payment after already paying after my second appointment so I tried calling to better understand what the charge was. Called twice, no answer during business hours. 3rd time was able to get to the receptionist and she explained the charge to me. I started to get a little choked up because it was just an overwhelming amount that I didn't expect to pay, she then proceeded to on the phone say "Oh my gosh, don't start crying! Ugh!" and hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up and then tried gaslighting me into saying that I was the one who hung up, which was absolutely not true. I have never in my life experienced something like that and was honestly so shocked at this. This was incredibly hurtful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office because of that experience.
