Really loved my wrap from Soulber! I stopped in to order takeout and was greeted by friendly counter staff. Everything on the menu is fresh and I highly recommend checking this spot out if you enjoy/need to eat gluten free or vegan! There's a variety of salads and grain bowls which you can also order as a wrap, juices, smoothies, soups and snacks. I ordered the Greek life as a wrap which was packed with flavor, super refreshing and a large portion. The inside has a few tables and decorated simply but matches the freshness of the menu.

Stopped by for lunch after hearing good things about Soulber. I was not disappointed. Cute little spot, a few tables to eat at, clean with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered a smoothie and avocado toast with feta added. It was hard down the best avocado toast I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, large portion, delicious taste. I can't wait to go back and try some of their salads and bowls.

Soulber was delicious, refreshing, and so so satisfying! The owner and staff members are very friendly as well. The berry cherry smoothie was flavorful yet light and refreshing. The avocado toast was PERFECT. The PB berry toast was soo yummy! The GF and vegan sugar cookie was mouthwatering. The vibe was immaculate and I can't wait to come back!

This is a small little local place that makes fresh salads and juices. The space is small and they have some indoor and outdoor seating. The service was fast and very friendly. I would recommend the salads and the root juice drink.

Been dying to try this place after seeing it on IG. I miss that salad place and smoothie place that was once in our mall. We have so many places to eat where you can find a healthy option but not enough where the whole menu is full of healthy options. These cloudy lane blondie bars were scrumptious! I got the berry cherry smoothie which was filling, creamy and refreshing. I had the baja wrap and added steak. While I wish there was a little more steak in it this wrap was 10/10. The flavors, the freshness, the amount of seasoning and quality of the ingredients. Delicious! I ordered delivery which was quick and packed efficiently. I will definitely be returning to check this place out in person next time.

The ceiling was leaking rain. But all in all, everything was okay. I would go back again to try it in a smaller group and see. If so, I would leave a follow up review. That said, I would have normally reviewed this one negatively, but as I said, I was in a large party and had a great time. So it's difficult for me to review this spot down in any way as a result. Service was great. Ambiance mid bc of the roof. Food mid+ due to pricing and resulting plates. As a recommendation, I would say go there in a smaller group, maybe 6 people TOPS! Everything should be good enough. I would/will go back if the occasion presents, but I wouldn't go back just my wife and I as I believe I know what will be produced. And I believe it will be underwhelming. I think that if this place had a more consistent product, a tighter roof situation (if you're an indoor/outdoor rooftop space it needs to be water tight!), and more menu accountability it would be awesome. But as I write, I don't believe that's the case. Hopefully I find myself there in the coming months with the wife and I can (and would) update this review. Outside of that? It is what it is.

Our food came out hot and we were served with smiles all night. If you are looking for something different, try their crepes!! The crepes were massive and loaded with filling. We also really loved the autumn salad (it was loaded with goat cheese)!! We did wish the cocktail list was more updated because a lot of the drinks seemed fall inspired. But overall, we had a great night out with friends!

If you think you've had great Greek food in Connecticut, go to The Greek in Bethel and recalibrate…read moreyour expectations. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The restaurant is spotless. Not just tidy -- immaculate. The kind of clean that tells you the kitchen runs with discipline and pride. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the family who runs it greets you with genuine hospitality. You can see it in their faces. This is not just a business. This is their culture, their heritage, and their reputation on every plate. Now the food. I ordered the lamb gyro platter, and it was exactly what authentic Greek comfort food should be. The lamb was deeply savory, beautifully seasoned, and sliced generously. Tender, flavorful, and aromatic without being greasy or heavy. Every bite tasted balanced and intentional. This wasn't fast-casual gyro. This was traditional, done right. My wife had the Greek chicken Caesar, and it was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned with that unmistakable Mediterranean brightness. The greens were crisp, the flavors bold but clean. It felt fresh, not weighed down. We shared the falafel appetizer, and it disappeared quickly. Crisp golden exterior, tender and herbaceous inside, properly seasoned with real depth. Not dry. Not bland. Exactly how falafel should taste. Then came dessert. The rice pudding was creamy and comforting, subtly sweet, and clearly house-made. But the orange cake stole the night. Thin, delicate layers of phyllo soaked with honey and bright orange. Simple ingredients, flawless execution. It was light yet rich with citrus aroma, sweet but not overpowering. The kind of dessert that makes you pause mid-bite because it is that good. You do not rush this cake. You savor it. What truly sets The Greek apart is the authenticity of their ingredients. They import nearly everything from Greece -- herbs, spices, oils, vinegars. You can taste the difference immediately. The oregano has more fragrance. The olive oil has more character. The flavors are vibrant, alive, unmistakably Greek. This is not imitation. This is the real thing. And the pride shows. The family running the restaurant clearly cares about every detail, from food quality to customer service. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely appreciative of their guests. It feels personal. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we would order next time. If you are anywhere near Bethel and you love authentic Mediterranean food, do not hesitate. Go to The Greek. Bring an appetite. Order dessert. And prepare to find what is easily the best Greek food in the area. We will absolutely be back.

I also ordered the hummus with pita and that was really good too. It came with two good sized peppers so there was enough for left overs the next day The people who worked here seemed very friendly and the food was ready fairly quickly. I will definitely be back there soon.

The two times I've been in, they've brought out samples of thier menu items to try. I've ordered various things on the menu: hummus, lebneh, falafel wraps, falafel platters, baked kibbe platters, the green bean side, etc. All have been amongst the best Lebanese food I've tried. I want to expand and try more things, like the chicken and beef kafta. If you have questions just ask. Certain platters come with different items. Some rice, some salad, etc. Thier pita is fresh and delicious, and comes in different sizes. They have a decent sized dining area for dine-in, and the take-out area is right as you walk in the side door. Here you will also find a grocery area with Lebanese essentials. The selection is sizable, and offers items you won't find in a regular grocery store. I stocked up on spices, and coffee. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. I will return every opportunity I get.
