It's falling apart after less than 2 years (talk about feeling sick to your stomach...) and was told the warranty was 1 year, too bad so sad. We hired their own Go-To Leather Repair Guy who told us the leather was top of the line, but the vinyl backing was super cheap, the manufacturer's do this when discontinuing a product, and the fact that they sold it to us like that was wrong. After spending many thousands of dollars in this store over the last 10 or 15 years it sucks, but I will Never spend my money there again, nor will I continue to send friends and family there.

I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! THANK YOU SO MUCH, LOU AND JOSH, FOR MAKING THIS PURCHASE GO SO SMOOTHLY AND ENJOYABLE FOR MOM!

Needless to say, found the same knob for $15+ LESS at PartSelect.com. THINK about buying an ABT Warranty - because it didn't help us.

The guy was very condescending, while I was trying to return my phone, he messed around for an hour, as he was trying to refund me $60.00. When he could not do it, he advised I go to the nearest corporate store 20 minutes away. I went there, they could not do anything, and I had to go back to that store. I went back, they gave me a refund for $25.00, I asked about the discrepancy, and was told he "Forgot the restocking fee." I will never go to a non-corporate store again. Then this morning, I find out these people signed me up for the phone insurance, I have never purchased any phone insurance. Thieves, idiots....unsure, but do not go there.
