He only wanted to upsell us because our insurance "wasn't good", he charged my husband and I $75 cash each to have a woman stand 6 feet away to unsuccessfully teach us how to put contacts in, then called it short because he was closing and wanted us to come back another day! I never want to see this unprofessional man again. Then he recently billed my insurance company for contacts we didn't agree to or want . And now he refuses to send them back, He won't even get on phone with insurance company. They have record of all the times they have called. Insurance has each thru case, Fraud alert?

My ancient glasses frames broke so I walked in and the doc spent time showing me which pairs would fit my lenses and then he popped out the lenses out of the old frames and put them in the new. What speedy and personal service for a walk in. 2. I went in for a contact lens exam and ordered a few months of the 2 week contacts. The manufacturer is on back order so the doc gave me some daily ones at no charge. The man is a saint. I don't even need them as I have my beautiful glasses now. 3. My child got an exam there and was totally relaxed and she hates all types of doctors. We don't have eye insurance and the price was so reasonable. The receptionist is super sweet and the place is immaculate considering Covid. You can try on any pair and they clean it after. Hand sanitizer is at every station and pens are marked clean. These people are serious about good hygiene. If you are in the Manorville area and wear glasses or contacts this place is really nice. I wish them much success in the location.
