Amazing work. Carlos was very professional, I had to take my car in an hour earlier than my appointment Carlos didn't have any issues with that. We went over the tint and the options. Came in to have Kenny add new speakers and an amp to my stock stereo. Kenny recommended a sound system with and without and amp. I decided to add the 5 channel amp to get better sound. I must admit after all the work was done it was well worth the time and money spent on it. Kenny does some of the cleanest work I've ever seen with a car stereo system. I took my car into Pep-boys because my stereo wasn't working, and before that they did some maintenance on my vehicle and replaced my battery by accident. The electrician took a look at it and couldn't find the problem. They gave me their manager's card and said if I found the problem they would reimburse me. I found Soundelux, and the manager Kenny solved my problem within seconds, and even resolved another minor issue within my stereo equipment. One of my front stereo speakers sound was blocked, and he fixed the complication. Best of all he didn't charge me a dime, and I barley met the guy, I called him before I went in and he even returned my call to figure out if I would show up before he decided to leave the shop, so that says a lot about reliability within customer services. I called Car Audio Heaven before I called Soundelux and they asked for a 45-dollar charge just to look at my car. I recommend this shop for anyone with stereo problems etc. read more

Let me tell you my story. So, I recently purchased a new truck and right away I knew that I needed some new door speakers and some bass. I shopped around to many different audio shops in the area. Some were decent and some were shady as hell. I received about 3 or 4 quotes from these shops. I then stopped into Soundeluxe and started talking to Kenny (the owner). His shop was different than the rest. I didn't feel as though he was trying to rip me off or pressure me into anything. He took the time to educate me on car audio equipment. He explained to me that he only carries certain brands that he feels are the best (Alpine, JL Audio). Due to that fact, he quoted me a higher price than the rest of the shops. However, you get what you pay for. I checked out the equipment online and he was the ONLY shop that wasn't marking his equipment price wise. He gave me a fair price and the equipment is top notch! I went in here on the morning of 26 October 2018 for my tinting appointment. I should emphasize, however, that my negative review is directed toward the business/owner as a whole rather than the tinting service or the tinting specialist. I showed up early as the business was opening. A man told me that the tinting guy was not there yet and gave me some paperwork to fill out. Once done with this, I sat quietly in the corner and waited for the tinting specialist to show. About 10 minutes past my appointment time, and he wasn't at work yet. I went over to the man I had been dealing with (I did not get his name, but based on arrogance and age I am assuming he was the business owner) to say I could not wait much longer as I was on a tight schedule. What I did not tell him (as it should not matter since scheduled time is scheduled time) is that I had just had a home invasion and had left my wife at home with a very sick infant. He told me the guy was just around the corner and on the way shortly. At this point, I was convinced to stick around a few minutes longer. But, instead of letting that be, he started to unload on me with a one-sided tirade of vitriol - "What!? You can't wait just a few minutes? Whatever, do whatever you want! I mean, you come in here with an attitude since the start and..." At this point, I was shocked and a little confused. How is it possible for a paying customer to show "attitude" by filling out the required paperwork, arriving early, and sitting quietly in a corner and reading a book? I asked him - what exact attitude was he referring to? "I don't know!" he shouted. "You just do whatever you want!" By now the tinting guy had showed up, but I have too much self respect to stick around for this kind of abuse. I just headed home. I called later to speak with the tinting guy to emphasize that I had no problem with him. He had been late due to traffic. That, of course, is understandable (though I've never worked a job where it was considered so). However, the abuse I took was not. I thought about rescheduling on a weekend on which the culprit would not be there. However, I simply could not bring myself to pay money into a business knowing that even a cent would go to that lunatic. I paid a little more and went to the place up in Miramar and got excellent service, quality installation, and friendly, punctual staff.
