We taste tested the burger meat vs some store bought that we had and obviously everyone preferred the flavor and texture of the Village beef. The true test came the next day with the brisket. First time making the recipe and it called for 6.5 hours in the oven. Completely covered in foil, so we had no idea how it was going. It came out fantastic, super tender with great flavor!
