They broke stuff, were slow and tried to charge me an extra $3,500 when finally done. It took them like 14 hours and the drive from A to B was only 20 minutes (one trip). For the second move (March 2026), we used Best New and Used. They were amazing. Did it all (and it was much more by this point because we had added square footage and all the contents that go with it during the 2.5 years) in 4.5 hours. Literally GONE from the new location with all desks rebuilt and everything where we wanted it in less than five hours - at a better price!!!! Claudia and her team are the best. Smart, honest, fair, friendly and hard working. A+ Moving sucks but they improved the experience for sure.

I really wanted a green couch, but figured I should stay with a neutral fabric until I saw their SPINACH couch on the floor and fell in love. María helped me so much and really knew her stuff, but all the reps were nice and worked great together. I left and kept my couch search going, but returned to order my couch with Maria a couple days later. Their lead time is 4-6 weeks for a custom couch, but I paid $200 to expedite in 3 weeks, so fingers crossed! I cannot wait for this couch!

We were originally looking for used cubicles and Talimar was the only company who was willing to change and customize their stock to fit our needs. In the end, my managers changed their mind and wanted an open concept office rather than having cubicles, so I went back to Dave and Brandon and they worked with me in designing remanufactured desks at 80% less than brand new cubicles would have cost! The Manager, Vince Lugo personally attended to us and spent nearly an hour with us, helping us find the right chairs for our waiting room. Since we are not local, he agreed to meet us on Sunday, to load our pick up truck, so we did not have to make extra trip. This is how you earn one's business, in a very competetive market. By the way, we did not purchase anything from MSI, yet we left the warehouse with very good feeling about our visit there and hoping to do business with them in very near future.

The chair is literally so horrible, one would not pay $1 at a yard sale for it. They would need to pay me, and pay me a lot, to take this crap home. This place is empty.
