I tried a bit of the beef stew itself and it was tender and seasoned well, with a rich broth. My pho was so good. I loved that it was served with the rare steak on top for me to cook at the table. The herbs were fresh and the meat was tender. There was a good amount of meat as well, and the broth was flavorful without being heavy or oily. The noodles were perfectly cooked. This was definitely one of the best bowls of pho I've had besides at my usual spots in Sacramento. While we don't go to this area often, I would really love to return whenever we next pass through.
