I'm not sure who runs the kitchen on weekdays but we definitely won't be back. $60 plus on rice that was dry and stale, chicken that was clearly reheated, dry and hard ...vegetables that were so soggy they just fell apart. We ordered 2 different items. The Loco Moco which was the best one I ever had in my life. Even better than I had in Hawaii. The peanut butter in the gravy threw me at first but its so good! The lumpia was the worst lumpia Ive ever had. It was awful. We threw it all in the trash. It was like eating a wet, soft eraser. The taste was bad but the texture was unimaginably worse. Spending spring break up north from Southern California. After a long drive, I wanted something light but still satisfying. Nothing hits better than some authentic Ramen. I checked on Yelp to find a location close to my destination and found this place. There is limited parking but inside the location there is plenty of space to dine in and enjoy a nice meal. The chicken wasn't very well seasoned, and the broth didn't really stand out. Everything was fine, but nothing really hit.
