They helped me cancel my existing Google Fi mobile account and setup my new mobile line at Spectrum - which triggered the free Dodger deal. They were knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. I asked Connie if she could possibly reduce my spectrum internet costs. She looked at my account and ended up cutting my monthly charges in half saving me $86 per month (I have two houses so it was $43 each). A 50% reduction. I can't believe I'm giving spectrum a five star review but they earned it.

Their app is okay, it's not the best app; however, the customer service are always beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our Spectrum internet was erratic for a while, and the technicians came out to our house several times before actually fixing the issue. Our router crapped out once, and my husband had to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in line to swap out the bad router with a new one. Any time we have had an internet outage, a phone call to Spectrum gets us set up with a refund for the internet down time, which is typically around $1.00 or so, and I don't bother with the calls much anymore. I like their text messaging system with which they advise you of both an outage in our area and the outage's resolution. That's nice information to have! Spectrum is crept up in pricing over the years and we recently switched to AT&T Fiber. For now, it's "so long" to Spectrum; however, it's nice to know they service our rural area should we need them in the future!

By April 9, I was already calling tech support because the home Internet was so slow, and I was not receiving the speeds promised. When verifying my address, T-Mobile informed me that the address given by the store at the time of my signing up with Jose, was completely different from my actual home address! (the address used wasn't shared with me when I asked, probably to protect their employee) I tried to give the benefit of the doubt here that it was a mistake, but there is literally no other address associated with me, I bought my house in 2001 and he had my ID to verify and even printed out a Spectrum bill (my same address!) so I could receive a gift card for the balance due on my son's phone, which was a separate very long, complicated transaction...long story short, Jose used a false address to sell me home internet in my neighborhood, which is completely overcrowded and oversold! I have spent 2.5 months back-and-forth to try to get it improved, and T-Mobile would not even provide me with a free Wi-Fi extender when troubleshooting, so I spent $100 buying my own. T mobile customer service even lowered my Wi-Fi bill to $10 a month because they admitted fault and let me out of any contract to leave... Sadly, this last week while I waited and shopped for new service... It's become so poor that we've had to literally resort to hotspots on our phone to work, do school work during my son's finals week, and even to watch TV. Today I was able to get Frontier fiber internet installed and returned all my equipment to the LB store. Thankful the nightmare is over. VERY DECEPTIVE business practices from Jose at this location. T-Mobile should not be paying commission to their salespeople, it's obviously caused some to be pretty dishonest to make the extra money.

I had to write a review for this place because the staff was just so noticeably friendly and helpful. They helped me learn about my screen protector warranty and how I could get one mailed to me for free and answered all my questions about coming back and having it put on. I filled out my warranty request, I got my screen protector mailed to me just like they said, and then I came back and they helped me put my screen protector on free of charge. They really didn't make any money from this whole exchange other than making me a happy Verizon customer. To me, they went above and beyond. They didn't have to put that screen protector on for me, and because they did, my life has been so much easier and the whole problem has been resolved. My phone is like brand new again. Lots of problems. They have been hosting us for years, but between May 2013 and June. They have had…read moreus down 3 weekends. They do changes without notifying their clients, and then follow-up is less than satisfactory. An example is they moved us to a server that did not support sql databases in May. It appears that they did it again in June. As a credit to them, prior to these experiences, there were no issues. They appear to be making changes to their server structure. In my view, they should either be aware of their clients needs, or contact their customers about changes that could negatively affect their clients. This has been a hardship on us because our data is accessed primarily in the Spring/Summer/Fall and on the weekends.

Me: can his transaction possibly be suspended so you can ring up the SIM card for me by any chance? Other representative says it can be but did I bring the device. Me: no but the device is already on my account and you can log in and see the device on my line and add it that way however I prefer to take it home and add the sun to the device because I can do it for free. Here you will charge me. The seasoned rep says, I need a device to put the sim on. My computer will not allow me to ring up the sim for you without a device. Me: sir, that's not true. Seasoned rep, yea it is. Me: I promise you another store will do it and has done it and are you telling me customer service gave me the wrong Information? Seasoned rep: I can't sell you a SIM card without a device to connect it to. Me: so when I walked in, now 25 minutes later, you couldn't have told me this lie then? You sir have wasted my time. I leave this location and go to the metro store down the road and what do you know. The other metro store sold me a SIM card without the hassle. Go figure.
