I called about getting my MacBook Pro LCD screen repaired and Rajeev gave me a very affordable quote compared to other repair shops I called. He did not have the screen in stock, so he asked for a deposit to be able to order it and that I would be able to bring my laptop in once it arrives. He received the part the next day so I brought in my laptop and he had it fixed it ready to go the following day. The guy who owns it is a rude POS! I asked for a simple quote for a small repair and he gave me an outrageous cost just to get me to hang up the phone. If you go there good luck! These Guys are the "Bomb"! Brought my Computer in yesterday after Best Buy told me two weeks before they could look at it (and I have the top of the line Tech Support package called "Total Care") Went through Google Maps and called these Guys and the line was busy, they sent a text saying they would call later. They did call and I went there (I also had the parts from Best Buy) they fixed my Computer (changed out the failed Cooling fans) and I had my Computer back in the morning the next day! They also have better rates for my phones (my bill with Verizon is $600 for 8 phone lines for my small business), Can't say enough Good Things about thses Guys, They are A-No1 in my book, simply the best in Technical Support!! read more
