He also helped me with a lot of misc work around the house such as window latches, electrical, fan replacement in bathroom, caulking in kitchen and bathroom, lock for attic. His team (David) did an excellent job on interior painting. They removed all the inside doors, light fixtures, blinds etc before painting. Spray painted doors, baseboards. Electrical work was perfect. Chris's electrician tried extremely hard not to cut unnecessary holes in the wall. Huge difference between Chris's team and another electrician I had hired who had recommended cutting many unwanted holes. Chris electrician cut 1 as opposed to proposed 4 by another electrician. He made several trips to give me free consultations. He was very flexible to ideas from us and found the right team who would be willing to work with us. We requested him to go with epoxy grout for example and he was fine with it. On the whole he is very pleasant to work with and very reasonable price for painting, tile work and misc items. We really lucked out getting help from Chris without whom we would really have a tough time getting the house ready for renting last summer. Really appreciate Chris and his team's work. We decided the best way to do this was to build an additional bathroom for the master that would flow and work well with the floor plan of the house. We got an architect who ended up referring us to Jimmy and his son Chris. After getting a few quotes from other contractors, we decided to go with Chris and Jimmy. As for the price range, Chris and Jimmy were a bit on the higher side; they weren't the most expensive but they weren't exactly the cheapest either. We decided it was best to go with Jimmy because he seemed very knowledgable and detailed in his work. He made us feel comfortable in trusting him with our home. Fast forward 3 months later; Jimmy, Chris, and their crew did an amazing job. It was well worth every penny we spent on it. We loved it so much that we ended up remodeling the hallway bathroom too. They were so prompt and accommodating to our wants and needs. My parents and I are still waiting for their schedule to free up a bit so they can come back and work on our kitchen!
