Got two tattoos done here, the first appointment went fine, there is only one female artist on the shop and all the other artists are loud obnoxious men so the place is pretty uncomfortable if you're a young girl like I am. when I went in for my second tattoo there someone complained about the artists refusing to wear masks and who I assume was the shop owner had a huge meltdown over it, yelling swearing etc, after this I was too uncomfortable to come back but didn't feel the need to leave a review. Last night, however, I found out that the first tattoo I got here was an identical copy of an image on shutterstock, I found this image in a 5 second google search so obviously the artist did not put any work into the design she claimed was original. I make an effort to ensure that all my tattoos are original so this was really disappointing, the line work of both tattoos from this artist also kinda sucks. Overall really disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I'm fully aware the owner of this shop often berates people who leave bad reviews because I watched and listened to him write one when he has the aforementioned meltdown about covid, which is why I hesitated with this review for so long, but when you're permanently altering someone's skin there definitely needs to be more accountability and artistic integrity than this. read more

Worked with Cha Cha and she was absolutely amazing. I'm still stunned that she was able to capture EXACTLY what I envisioned even though I couldn't find a picture of exactly what I wanted. She's unbelievably talented and so easy to work with. The shop itself is very nice and clean and all the artists were incredibly friendly. My friend and I really liked the detail work that they have posted on their social media. We called the shop, sent our tattoo picture and we got quoted 150. When we get to there the gentleman said it would be 200 the least not taking away from their artistic work, but when they saw my girlfriends and I young faces they wanted to rip us off. BTW. These are the tattoos we wanted but with less out flowing lines, making it simpler. Called ahead of time for a nose piercing and was told there was a 30 min wait. Showed up 40 mins after that phone call and was not greeted by anyone. I literally helped one of their customers place a tattoo and assisted in taking a picture for her approval and still wasn't asked what I was there for. Then two young women walked in and were helped immediately bypassing my existence. Worst experience ever. I gave Tyler a week to come up with a simple design, gave a 60 dollar deposit for 2 tattoos that he never even finished the work on. Doesn't communicate with me at all. Wastes an hour of my time on the appointment day to draw it up wrong(draws a twig with leaves instead of a specific flower???) and tells me to come back another day to draw it out more after I gave him 2 references two days prior to the appointment. Gets combative over me wanting at least 30 back after it's just not working out. Slams 20 down next to me and walks away. Entire tattoo parlor spends their time drinking smoking and playing poker to pass the time when they're not actually booked up, for a reason due to their SICK ass customer service. Willing to have given you 400 dollars for two pieces dude all you had to do was get it out on time. Thanks for nothing, have fun with your dead bookings. read more
