She asked for my and birthdate and started looking for me in the computer. After not finding me she asked who checked me in. I told her that she had. She went back to looking for me, no apology or attempt to get me in right away. I will not go back.

Everyone that works there is considerate of your medical needs and preferences, never pressures you into doing or taking something that you're not comfortable with, and consistently has your best interests in mind. We have gone to Dr. Schine mostly for cold/flu type care; but being a primary care physician, he can support you in a number of ways. Most recently, I went to him with what turned out to be a sinus infection. I was able to get a next day appointment (sometimes you can get same-day appointments) and, as always, was impressed and happy with the efficiency that the staff conducts the appointments. They accept a number of different insurance plans and are easily connected to local pharmacies to quickly get any prescriptions that is sent in. Levi and the rest of the front office staff are extremely helpful and caring to everyone as well; and will help with any insurance and/or billing questions. One can easily navigate their online appointment scheduling system so you don't have to wait for opening hours to schedule something; and they do offer virtual visits for some appointments. Schine Health is also fully inclusive, welcoming, and a safe place for supportive care for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC patients. Like I said above, I fully recommend Schine Health and will never go anywhere else!

I think we're going to get along .... just ..... *fine*. You wouldn't think that it would be something to be so nervous about, but healthcare in America has changed. Some doctors have become very hostile even abusive -- the worst thing to have to deal with when one is suffering through a health crisis. Of course, when they are nice, I love them. Looks like I found a keeper.

The first casee why my wife broke her ankle and needed help with rehabbing it. The team at Chehalis Physical Therapy got us in quickly and came up with a plan to literally get her back on her feet as soon as possible. During a very stressful and scary time of life they put us at ease. They are very knowledgeable and worked with our insurance to make sure we got the best care possible and didn't brake the bank. The second time I had woken up with major sciatica pain shooting down my leg, I'm embarrassed to say I went to a local chiropractor first, who charged me a crazy fee and did an "adjustment" that didn't help at all. The team at Chehalis Physical Therapy got me in quickly, diagnosed my issue (piriformis syndrome) and educated me on the best treatment, performed a treatment and taught me what to do to avoid injury in the future (they also charged me way less then the chiropractor). I can't say enough about them !! I really don't want to get hurt anytime soon :-). But I know if I do Chehalis Physical Therapy is the first place I'll call.

Two days after my first appt appointment, I called to cancel the appointment I had for today because I was still in too much pain from my first appointment to go through the therapy again so soon. I was informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee, and that I had signed paperwork agreeing to that. I understood that cancelling a same day appointment would incur a $25 fee and accepted that financial responsibility. I explained that I was not prepared to go forward with the currently consecutive appointments they have scheduled for me because the pain was severe enough that it feels like I need to wait longer before continuing. The person then said that I would have no guarantee of when they would have any appointments available. I acknowledged and accepted that there would be uncertainty about when they would have availability. The conversation then got weird and it seemed to be a problem for the woman on the other end of the line. I finally said not to bother, I wouldn't schedule any future appointment with them at all. I have no idea what happened or why she took such offense to my request to delay my therapy. Bizarre! I invite a manager to contact me if they would like more information.

My Father-In-Law has lived at the Colonial Residence for 5 years now. It is located in Stillwaters…read moreEstates where he lived for many years before having to move into assisted living. This was great, many of his former neighbors already lived there, so he already had friends. He was very reluctant to move, but now enjoys living there. This is a very clean, well staffed assisted living facility. We go every week to do his laundry and take him to lunch, so I have gotten to know many of the residents and staff there. There is a wonderful library for the residents, and even has a weekly lending partnership with the Timberland Regional Library System. The dining room is always set up like fine dining, attention to resident individual requirements are done well. My father-in-law for a while was on an almost pureed diet, they managed to make it more than tolerable for him. There are movies, trips, and entertainment brought in constantly. A few times my Father-In-Law has had medical emergencies, the staff is very calm and professional. He once had something that made him bleed allot, blood got everywhere. The staff made sure before the ambulance arrived to pack I a clean set of clothes, contacted us and let us know the ETA of him arriving at the hospital (which is about 3 blocks away). When we brought him home, they had cleaned the entire apartment, and not a trace of blood remained. The RN on duty came to great us at the door, double checked discharge orders and took good care of him. There is also an entertainment ares that has a pool table, juke box, and other fun things. Family and friends can join family for dining and Thanksgiving and Christmas you can enjoy you holiday meal in their dining room. Food was really good and NO CLEAN UP for us..... This place is open to those who do not live in Stilwaters Estates, it is the nicest facility, and for what you get a great bargain. (Assisted living is always expensive). I would live there if I had too. The ONLY negative is the television, there is a weird version of satellite that doesn't allow any options to get more channels which we find annoying. These folds spend allot of time in their apartments, for goodness sakes, let them pay for more if they want.

Confidentiality and customer service are challenging in any small community sharing health services, but this Tribal health center is an overall success for its members. I don't think most members realize that the average American must schedule appointments months in advance; whereas Tribal members can be seen within weeks if not days. It's a real Cadillac system for a Tribe that went many years without quality access to health care.
