I came in ready to buy a ~$30K (after taxes) car TODAY, on my credit card, on the spot. I knew exactly which car I wanted, but there were a couple of other good options too, including a Model S. They (Mario and some other guy) acted like they didn't even want to give a test drive of ANY car. Because I'd just been in an accident, I needed to make sure the suspension actually felt like a luxury car. LOOK--I've been buying cars for a looooooooong time, especially sports and LUXURY cars. This was hands-down the ABSOLUTE WORST car-buying experience I've ever had. I was looking at three cars I was ready to buy TODAY, and what these idiots didn't realize is I needed to leave with a car today. While I was waitin to testdrive the Model S, they kept asking me, "How are you going to pay for it?"--as if I'm broke--before even letting me drive the cars, AND as if I OWE them an answer... DUDE, we're not even near that part of the process yet! THIS is the WEIRDEST SHI* I've ever experienced in my entire f*ing life. At Lexus they wine and dine you, free cappuccinos, snacks pastries popcorn.. give as much time is necessary getting you comfortable in the dealership. This is why Ive spend $70,000, $45,000 on a car there. These idiots didn't get the memo!! So OF COURSE I left when they made it feel uncomfortable. I go to another car dealership which didn't have anything I was interested in. but I met this young Asian guy from Korea who was also car shopping. he was looking for a convertible Mustang or convertible bmw. elegant cars had a convertible BMW in his price range! they LITERALLY had a DOUBLE SALE OPPORTUNITY!! I came back specifically to test drive the Tesla Model S, butNOW i brought this new friend who was ready to buy rt away... and again they're asking how I'm going to buy it without first making sure I even like the car. then even though the BMW convertible is listed online for sale they told the Korean boy that the BMW wasn't working at all..! I was like wtf!? I asked about the car earlier they never told me that! #HELLASHADY That's not how you sell ANY f*ing thing. Danny brought out a paper with the Model S's price, title and taxes total of almost 30k and I'm wondering why! like I already know what the price is, the price is no problem for me, and I STILL hadn't test drove the car yet!!! so it was just the strangest interaction that just was hella awkward which challenges explanation. Their hella f*ed attitude lost an EASY $30K LAY-DOWN. All they had to do was let me test-drive the two cars I was interested in. I would have paid and left! But in this scenario I simply just left LOL #DUMB #EXTRADUMB I honestly started questioning whether they sell cars AT ALL. read more

I purchased a beautiful 2012 GMC Terrain with only 58,000 miles on it in December 2024. It was a no hassle very pleasant experience, and the price was very reasonable. The salesmen were friendly and helpful. Because the vehicle was older than a 2016, no bank or credit union would finance it so I did financing through the dealership. Even though I have good credit, they still gave me a 12% rate. I would have given 5 stars with a more reasonable finance rate. Overall I would recommend them, but get your own financing if you can. read more

I recently purchased a car from Elegant Auto Sales. I just wanted to wait a few months of owning the car before leaving a review. I called Elegant Auto Sales and scheduled a next day appointment with Mario for the car I was interested in. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Mario and another employee there. After visually inspecting the car, I went on a test drive with Mario. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't rushed during the test drive, unlike other dealerships I've been to in the past. It gave me the confidence that they weren't trying to hide any issues with the car. Satisfied with the test drive, I decided to purchase the car that same day. When I mentioned I would be paying in cash, Mario offered to drive me to the bank so I can purchase a cashier's check. I've visited numerous dealerships before with the intention of paying in cash, but none of them have ever extended such an offer. Since I had taken an Uber to the dealership, I took Mario up on his offer. I've owned the car for six months now and it's running great with zero problems. I've noticed that most of the negative reviews are from people who chose to finance their car and are angry with the high interest rates. If you're paying cash, like I did, you won't have to worry about that. My only complaint is that it took two months to get my car registration in the mail. I don't know whether this was the dealership's fault or the DMV's fault, but it made things really inconvenient for me since I was unable to insure the car without the registration. TL;DR: If you're paying cash, this is a good place to buy a car. I'll definitely be recommending this car dealership to people I know. read more

These guys were the most HONEST, professional and kind car salesmen I have ever met. I also took advantage of their in-house financing for a few months. This is by far one of the most honest and fair used car dealerships out there. They helped my mother finance her dream BMW x5 and offered a more than competitive rate after patiently walking us through all our options. I came, I saw, I conquered. Went here to look at a 2008 Dodge Charger that had one owner (non-smoker) with just 50k miles on it. Mario was the guy I was working with. It was touch and go there for a minute but eventually the finance department was able to find me a lender. They gave me a good rate, I put down $1500 ($1000 by credit card, $500 in cash) and I was set to go. Only hold up was getting the car on my insurance. The insurance company was very difficult to get a hold of. If it weren't for them. The whole thing would have been done and over with in under a hour. Instead it took almost 2 & a half. I bought a car from this dealership and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Had the car for 3 days and the check engine light came on. Called the dealership and they said to bring it in for repairs . They had it all thru the weekend so a total of 4 days before I picked it back up. They told me they changed a few parts but never went into detail about what . They refused the service, they refused to tell me exactly what their mechanic had done and what parts they replaced. I purchased a van from this dealer on Monday. We agreed to have two of the worn tires replaced before pick up which cost me an extra $100 (which the dealer should have paid for). I picked up the van at closing time the next day. The salesman Mario had closed the business earlier before I notice the that dealer's tire guy who put the new tires on the van had severely damaged the hub cap. I returned the next day to see it they would take care of this. The owner stated that his tire guy is a "professional" and would not have damaged the cap. Of course that wasn't true because there was absolutely no damage to the caps when we inspected the tires on Monday. I asked him if he would replace the cap with one from a number of other similar vans he had on the lot. He said he couldn't do that because he would then have a damaged cap on vans he wanted to sell...but of course he had no problem selling me a damaged one. This owner is not a honest standup guy and for the price of a cap he lost a customer...which he obviously doesn't care. I would tell anyone who considers buy a vehicle from this dealer to be very very careful and inspect EVERYTHING because he will not make good on anything if you have any complaints after the sale. A total rip off dealer who would not make good on a such a measly small item. A total jip joint...buyers beware!! read more
