Everything was seamless, clean and professional from start to end. Check-in was easy, the waiting area was pleasant, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and reassuring. The entire facility inspired confidence. There are various "tells" about how well a practice is run, such as staff who seem genuinely happy to work there (they did) and little things like offering to cut off your patient band before you leave, something that reflects a level of attentiveness that inspires confidence. Dr. Pashinsky was fantastic--great bedside manner and incredibly skillful. While the other practice left me sore for a couple of days, this time at this practice I felt perfectly fine after both procedures. I think the best compliment I can give is that the very first thought I had when I woke up was, "I can't wait to write a great review for this practice."

Dr. Aisenberg was straightforward and walked me through all of my options and then administered the procedure in a caring manner. The issue was with billing. I purposefully called ahead of time and spoke to representatives from the Endoscopy Center and my insurance company in order to confirm with certainty what the cost of my procedure would be. Everyone agreed on the amount, which I paid at the time of my procedure. Somehow, for some reason, everyone had gotten it wrong. I was billed in multiple installments for multiple additional amounts and services after my procedure, after paying the amount I was promised was the sum total of the cost. The Center does hundreds of endoscopies a year - how could they have not been able to tell me what it would cost? And to have gotten it wrong after multiple discussions, including in consultation with my insurance. I received these multiple bills over time. Each time (including in July 2026, more than 2 years after the procedure!) I called the Endoscopy Center's billing office to inquire as to why additional bills came. They promised me each time that the subsequently made payments would mean I've fully paid for the service. They were wrong. The last time, I got a *text message* from Remex, a debt collection agency. I thought it was spam. I called the billing dept. and was told by the billing dept. that the charge was turned over to the agency in December 2024. How could the billing department, when I spoke to them in December 2024 and February 2025, not been able to tell me that there were additional debts outstanding that were to be/had been turned over to an agency? Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Something needs to be done. Despite the good care, I will never come back here and I would advise people to find a different provider to spare yourself the unnecessary cost, in dollars and time.

If you like a laid-back personality and communication style, go for Dr. Bosworth and if you want an earnest personality, offering explanation and detail so you can follow the doc's thought processes, go for Dr. Jacob. Dr. Jacob is my primary and she's truly wonderful and responds almost immediately to phone calls, etc. when she can. Her style makes me confident in my understanding of the disease and therefor my ability take responsibility for my health and my care. I've also seen Dr. Raykher, an MD offering nutritional counseling. I only went to her once because I'm not really sure what I get out of nutrition advice.

Unsurprisingly, nobody ever called me back. I managed to book my appointment by showing up and asking in person. The process took about 90 seconds. It's unfathomable to me why those same 90 seconds couldn't have been spent returning my phone call and sparing me a trip all the way up to 70th and York. This is hardly the first time they failed to return my call. The last time I went to the office for an appointment, I overheard two of the receptionists literally making fun of a foreign-accented patient who had come in asking for a consultation. In hindsight, that really should have been the last straw. After today's drama, I'm searching for a new gastroenterologist. Long story short: the doctors are great, the reception staff is either lazy or just plain sadistic. I still haven't decided.

His staff is dedicated, hardworking, friendly, and very professional. They all play a vital role in making sure each visit is the best it can be. The staff has been professional each time - from the receptionists in the front to Dr. Antony , who handled my procedures. Everything is clean. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The waiting room is a good size with plenty of seating. There is a TV or two along with several choices of magazines - so if you're accompanying someone, you have stuff to occupy your time if you don't want to use your device. The building is deceptively larger than it appears in the front. Parking is street, but you're better off using a side street unless you get lucky enough to find a non metered spot on Williamsbridge Road. No one ever goes into a doctor's office for fun - it's hard to find a quality place out there who treats you the way you should be treated as a patient and gives you the treatment that you need. This place is one I will be going to from now on for any gastroenterology issues and is one I will recommend to others looking for this particular specialty.
