The engraving wasn't done either, but the owner, Britt, immediately rectified it while I waited. I love that the guarantee covers everything except if you lose it or like, destroy the thing. Lose stones, seizing, etc. can all be done for free. Just mail it in or drop it off (Stephenville is so far for me lol). Overall, I'm thrilled. I wanted something unique and that's what I got.
