Kelsey was such a sweetheart greeting me when I checked in and helping to do the initial tests when I arrived. Dr. Simoncini was so kind and informative, explaining everything every step of the appointment. He was very encouraging during the exam, and I learned a lot about my eyes that I had never had explained before (what is an Astigmatism, why are "floaters" called that and why do they exist?). There was a time where I had switched to insurance that wasn't accepted by South River Eye Care (sad face) and went to a place in Bowie. I was experience all sorts of misdiagnosis and wasted money on prescriptions that didn't work obviously. I was so excited when the year was over and I switched back over to my old insurance.
