The website was easy to use to request an appointment, and I was contacted quickly by the office to schedule an appointment. Kelsey was such a sweetheart greeting me when I checked in and helping to do the initial tests when I arrived. Dr. Simoncini was so kind and informative, explaining everything every step of the appointment. He was very encouraging during the exam, and I learned a lot about my eyes that I had never had explained before (what is an Astigmatism, why are "floaters" called that and why do they exist?). She is very professional with great people skills. As for glasses, Dr. Doud gets some very stylish frames. I could spend hours just trying on frames. Her staff is helpful, courteous, and very efficient at tweaking the fit. You could go to some of these discount chains and get cheaper glasses, but that is exactly what you are getting...cheap glasses with all the attendant problems of incorrect lenses, poor fit, and frames that are no good after a year.
