Communication was good, I got a text reminder and an email for my appointment. The technician texted when he was on his way and arrived with a partner to do the service. They found my blower capacitor was running at about half power and replaced it for a fee after having me approve it. They are straightforward, respectful, and clean. No complaints at all about the techs or their work. All in, these guys are great overall. Their techs are great, the communication is great, and the heat runs like new. The HVAC company that Costco uses attempted to sell another carrier that was not part of Costco's agreement with their vendor. So I took the gamble and interviewed Junior. As soon as he said DAIKIN, he was in! A close realtor friend in Scottsdale AZ did extensive research on mini-splits and told me IF you could find a dealer who carries DAIKIN (super quiet system), choose them!
