The only way to access the bathroom is by the stairs and those are a bit scary at night. The AC was off and the unit was hot. It took a while for it to cool down. There is no balcony, so the unit felt very confining. Please do a better job at the description of this unit as we felt deceived. I won't stay here again. I give this two stars just for the location. We ended up leaving mid stay on day 2 to a better place that was clean and well managed. We lost $1500 from this stay and we won't be reimbursed for any of this. This is how they hook you into the so-called contract.

Over the course of a couple months, we dialed in what I was looking for in a property considering there was both a residence and investment consideration, and as we would walk through properties he would see things from my perspective (as any agent representing a client should), and mention ways the property could make sense as well as being extremely thorough with identifying things that may come up as red flags during inspection and homeownership thereafter. Even when the search wasn't going so well because I was very picky about what I was looking for (and inventory wasn't great in the areas I liked), Kenny was proactive with sending me possibilities and asking for feedback on them. Throughout the home hunt, Kenny always returned my calls and was super helpful with any questions I had, which frankly was not something I experienced with other agents that had 5 star ratings. Honestly, I think it's a problem that there are so many agents that have only 5 star reviews, so if I could give a 6 star review here I would.
