I would not say the job is perfectly done. About a year later, a part of the transition piece cracked up. I have been dragging my feet to deal with this. Finally about a month ago, I spoke to Nicole about this and confirmed with her there is a lifetime warranty on the work done. She asked me to email her a picture of the issue. I have not hear from her since. Is that how some dishonest businesses are run? Selling a customer something and not honoring any warranty when after your customer paid thousands of $$$$?? I will not recommend Bell Carpets to anyone until they repair the transition piece area. A friend of mine has recently asked me who I used to put in hardwood floors, I said bell carpets but avoid them!! Told her to go to Mr. Hardwood since Corey and his workers have done an amazing job in our another property. Will review Mr. Hardwood very soon. Great customer service, fast, friendly, affordable…read more I needed a 2nd key for my vehicle, so I called up a local locksmith...and then a dealer and was quoted between $200-$400 for a key. Outrageous, right? Well, a friend of mine recommended I stop in and check out these guys. Boy, am I glad I listened to him! I stopped by and had a new key made and it cost less than $75! My key has a transponder in it and they were able to clone it in minutes and have me on my way with a 2nd operational ignition key. Amazing! I truly had a fast and friendly visit with this couple and their beautiful dogs. Great service, fantastic pricing. You won't be disappointed for stopping by and having them take care of your lock and key needs.
