This place prides itself On being your trustworthy neighbourhood mechanic. I've been here about 10 times including this time. I never reviewed this establishment. I give it a full 5-star review for: 1. Integrity 2. Competence 3. Personnel/abundance of workers 4. In and out rate! The waiting area is clean and cooled and offers hot coffee. You get the impression that even if you did not know these people personally, they are trustworthy. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend that you come here with your vehicle. Tire kingdom in Tampa told me that I needed a new tire. When I brought the tire here, I said one of my tires has been penetrated by what appears to be a nail. I said nothing else. Do you know what they told me here? "We saw the piece of metal, it did not go through... It was just stuck in the top part of your tire but it did not penetrate the inner part at all!" And they check all the tires. I highly suggest that you patronize this establishment if you are passing by, live in a nearby town and of course live in Brooksville, Florida. read more

Had a appointment today at 12:30 for 4 new tires. At 4:15 I had not heard from them so I called. They told me I was next. I told them to forget it, I was coming to get my car. When I got there they had LOST my keys. They searched everywhere. I had to go home and get my spare set. After about 1 hour of back and forth they said a customer called and said they picked them up by mistake. I told them I would be to get them in the morning. I had been back and forth and no intention of going back tonight. I don't believe they even had the tires in stock and that was why my car had not been done as promised in 1 1/2 hours. No apology whatsoever. So they lost $1400.00 in business and a customer that will never return. read more

This time I bought my car an oil change and the engine is purring now. I can hear a marked improvement in the way my car sounds. The guys were nice enough to squeeze me in as the last appointment of the day and the price was less than I expected. It was a good experience all around. read more

What is the point of a confirmed appointment? 9:00 a.m. appointment, I arrived at 8:50. Confirmed everything needed, left car and was told it would be done in 3-4 hours $649 estimate for 2 tires, front brake pads, tire sensor, and oil change. Walked back at 12:10 p.m. not even started. The manager said "we haven't got to it yet." I asked when they would and he said, "I have no idea, just leave it and we'll call." I told him give me my keys, I took them and left. Made an appointment for allignment after my local mechanic did standard work on front end but could not complete the allignment. They did not even put the truck up on the lift and gave us a quote for for the work we just had done. Shame on you for your dishonesty. i need my truck to get my disabled husband back and forth to the hospital. Had a blow out on my rv. They were the closest to my location. Went and picked up 2 tires. Mounted balanced kept the old ones because of insurance. 349.00. Was told they were 14 ply tires that's why they were so expensive. Got home and checked then out. They were 10 ply tires and all over the place for 90.00 a piece. Called manager this morning and said he would refund the difference. No apologies at all for the deception. Johnny who initially sold them to me walked outside and wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. Wonderful service. Had the unfortunate flat tire situation. We called because we were concerned our tow truck wouldn't get us to Tires Plus before they closed. Not only was Josh great with us on the phone, but also stayed open late (on Super Bowl Sunday no less) to make sure we would be able to get back on the road and home to our families. I took my car to another dealer a couple of months ago for tires. I had explained to them that I needed to be someplace a few hours later and they assured me that the car would be ready in plenty of time. To make a long story short, when I went looking for the manager at the absolute last minute before I had to be on the road, I was informed that the car wasn't ready, that a stud was broken and they were not able to fix it (the stud was not broken when I got there but they insisted they had not broken it). So, I went to the appointment with the old tires. I called Tires Plus in Brooksville and, although they didn't actually have an open appointment, they squeezed me in. To be truthful, they were not the least expensive but the extra $20 it cost me was well worth it. So, when I needed a battery last week, I went right to Tires Plus. I set up an appointment on line and picked out the battery I needed. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great customer service and they really respect my time. read more
