She continuously tries to prescribe medication ,every single month ,that has a known cause for tartive dyskinesia, who wants to experience uncontrollable movements due to their mental health medication, and this tardive dyskinesia is irreversible. however, she still continues to prescribe these things for me.recently she told me she was going to start a forced taper on a medication that I have been taking for years that I have not had any problems with, when I contacted Samantha Gort regarding this. She told me that my psychiatrist did not put this in my chart, that is a no-no,that needs to be charted when you tell your patient you are going to force taper them ,on top of that Samantha made judgment calls about me without even knowing me or my situation. I am going to see a different provider with the organization, but I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated and have lost trust in them. I will update as my treatment continues until I decide not to go there anymore which I have a feeling is where this is going. Update: I just had my appointment with my new psychiatrist and what a world of difference. I feel so relieved and I feel like I finally found someone who cares about people and not just money. He actually spent 10 minutes with me which is much better than what the previous provider did he also assured me that decisions about medication whether it be tapered discontinued or changed would be a decision made between the two of us, which is the opposite of what the previous providers said she was trying to force taper me, if you have to go to psychiatric wellness ask for Jacob Rosales he is the best. I'm changing my rating to five stars because of him.

Ultimately, it was easiest to have my GP refer me and I was able to get an appointment. Note that they don't have immediate appointments, most are two weeks out. Which was a bummer. The lobby wasn't the most luxurious or clean, but I didn't have to wait much longer than 10 minutes so I was fine. I ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner, which was sort of a bummer too, but she was nice and thorough. In the end none of my medication changed. I do feel like she could have suggested more options. For now it's just fine.

There was pain shooting down my right leg to the point of me screaming so much that my boyfriend heard me from the waiting room and rushed into the operating room to see if I was dying. Nobody wanted to admit that she did it wrong and I was asking everybody is this normal and they would not reply back to me. I will not be coming back here. And in fact, people left from the waiting room because they heard me screaming. It literally felt like I was on an electrical powerline and my leg was being burnt off. This has nothing to do with my leg. Nothing should've went in my leg. I'm at home and it still feels like there's pressure. It took a long time for my foot to be able to even work. I've gone to LA for my Beverly Hills Doctor Who has done this treatment on me many times with no anesthetics and I don't feel anything at all. She might be a good doctor, but she was not today. I will not be back here. I have already contacted the referring doctor. The doctor that referred me to her and I have an appointment with him because he needs to send me somewhere else. Or end these treatments. It was literally a horror show. I thought I was going to die. Ive never felt pain like this before. I've never heard myself scream in agony like that before. My leg still hurts. I know she injected my back wrong.

I am in tremendous amounts of pain and I refuse to live on pain pills. I am on the lookout now for another treatment center that cares about their patients or is staffed enough to actually answer phone calls.
