I just LOVE this office. The lady at the front desk is always helpful/friendly and schedules appointments right away. I have been coming to this office for quite some time now and couldn't believe I had not left a review. Dr. Reyes is so easy going and down to earth. Every time I come in he is able to adjust whatever I'm having issues with. For the most part, one visit takes care of my problem(s) unless I'm having more severe pain. He doesn't schedule unnecessary appointments. He will only ask you to schedule a follow up if he believes it's needed. You are in and out, no long waits. Let me start by saying I've been to numerous chiropractors in the past, and never felt relief until I've came to Elite Chiropractic. Carlos Reyes is very gentle with you and will explain what is going on before he starts with you. He will go above and beyond to help you get relief. I suffer from severe central canal stenosis and have bulging discs in my L4-L5 and he started out with decompression therapy which is very helpful as well aligning my back. Outstanding chiropractor! I was born with structural problems in my back, compounded by day-to-day stresses on my vertebrae and muscles. Dr. Reyes was able to alleviate my pain and correct some of the ongoing issues in my back and neck. On my first visit, he was able to pinpoint the trouble areas in my back. He asked if I'd ever had heartburn issues. As a matter of fact, I'd been waking up in the middle of the night with heartburn for the past few weeks. He educated me on which nerves were impacted by each vertebra, and suggested that my heartburn might be caused by the locked joints in the middle of my back. Once we achieved motion in those joints, I was shocked... My heartburn completely disappeared and didn't come back. Obviously, heartburn can be a symptom of any number of other issues, but in my case, his adjustments did the trick. Did you know it's been suggested that chiropractic can correct issues ranging from allergies to high blood pressure, and everything in between? If you have any sort of ailment, especially issues with your back or neck, I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Reyes to see if chiropractic is right for you. His office also offers spinal decompression, which is a major plus. The office does have a very soothing atmosphere, as the person before me suggests. I was new to town and needed a place to go after I pulled a muscle in my neck. Dr. Reyes called me back after I left a message with the receptionist. Although my insurance was not covered, he gave me a discount for seeing him too. He's a great chiropractor and I continue to go back once a month to get my back worked on. He doesn't add on any other fees or try to get any extra money out of you. Because of the way I was treated and taken care of I continue to see him. (Keep in mind I can easily go to someone else where my insurance is covered). He even went as far as to check with my insurance company after a few visits to see if anything had changed, which it had. My insurance is now covered under him. I loved the fact that the Dr himself called me back after I had left a message. He scheduled the appointment for me the next day. There was little paperwork to fill out and then I was quickly called back. The Dr. himself examined me and asked questions, and then he treated my sciatica with a decompression and adjustment. Both were performed in a private room away from other clients. It was a nice change from the other Chiropractor I had seen where everything is done out in the open with all of the other clients right there next to you. I liked the privacy aspect and the genuine care and concern her had for my recovery. I have to say that just after that one session my sciatica nerve pain was gone. I was suffering for a week before coming to him and nothing was helping the pain and I was losing sleep. I have been very impressed with Dr. Reyes. My back actually feels better!!!!! He is patient and keeps trying new things until you get relief. I have done physical therapy, steroid injections, another chiropractor, etc. without any relief. i still have issues, but the improvement is enough to go back to some of my previous activities. Threw my mid back out over the weekend. Called Elite Chiropractic after looking at their reviews and was booked for same day appointment. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile. There were a few patients ahead of me on the schedule but Dr. Reyes made an effort to greet me in the lobby to introduce himself and reassure me that I would be seen asap. The consultation was very informative. This was my first chiropractic experience. Dr. Reyes determined a treatment plan specific to my needs. After my adjustment, I was sent home with an ice pack and I now have mobility. I feel about 75% better. I am standing upright with little discomfort. I have a followup appointment today.
