    I was having a problem with intermittent signal loss with my Internet. My Internet would cut out…read moreseveral times a day and my router would restart leaving me unable to use Internet or use my house phone. I am a customer who has been with Xfinity for five years.I called and they said they needed to send a tech out to fix the problem. The man on the phone from Xfinity told me that if I had a tech come out and the problem was not my fault, he would waive the $100, he reassured me that I would not be charged for this visit five times, because I kept asking over and over to make sure... ( it turned out the problem was being caused by the signal that they were sending out to my modem.) Well I got charged $100! I've been to the store twice I've called on the phone three different people I've talked to from Xfinity and the ones on the phone said that they could not waive the $100 even though I was promised it would be, I've been up to the store and they told me they were gonna waive the $100. Yet I'm still being charged for it it's still on my bill and I feel like I have been talking to these people til I was blue in the face . They sure sent my blood pressure up! The icing on the cake is this: the problem is not fixed! I still have problem with my Internet several times a day where I can't use my home phone or my Internet for about 10 minutes at a time; my router keeps restarting spontaneously. I cannot make important calls from house phone, constant interruptions when watching my smart tv! I feel this is shoddy business practices, to lie to your customers so you can sneak in a extra $100 charge after you tell them that they're not going to be charged for it and then not honor your word! I even have mobile phone service with them too. At this point I feel that they can have their iPhone back, they can have their router back, they can have their streaming box back, and I will find another provider they will not get anymore of my money because what they did to me was backstabbing! I still will be out the 100 bucks because I now won't get $100 I deposited when I started service!!! They really screwed me after five years of loyally paying my bills on time and I feel there is no excuse for this!

    My wife's 3G flip became obsolete on 1 Jan 2022 and had to be replace. Not being one to move to a…read moremodern smart phone she insisted on sticking with a flip. We went into the Turner McCall store on 4 January and placed our order. Johnathan was very professional and helpful in answering our questions and placing the order since the Alcatel model we wanted was not in stock. He advised us that the phone was on back-order and would not be shipped to our house until mid-February to sometime in March. Much to our surprise it arrived by UPS on 11 Jan. I don't know if I got fat fingered during the setup of the phone or what happened, but somehow the SIM card PIN became locked and I could not access the cellular network to complete the activation. I could connect to my WiFi with no problem. I tried doing a factory reset on the phone but the end result was the prompt on the screen indicated that I had to call customer service at T-Mobile to try and correct the problem I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a tech rep with no success and was advised to return to the store for a new SIM card. The store is very close to the house so I zipped right over. I am sorry I did not get the young man's name that helped me, but within a matter of minutes he had the old SIM out and a new card installed. He completed the activation for me very quickly and I was on my way with no additional charges. The folks in that store are very helpful and all professional. The store is very clean and well laid out and I might add that if you go in during the freezing cold of winter, you should be comfortable in beach attire while there. It is cozy, but feel free to take off your heavy jackets before you go in. The service was perfect and I am happy to do business with them and to have received their expert support.
