Really cares about their foster kitties that they find homes for and will help you place a kitty.

Breed didn't really matter.I've seen ads for too cute kitten rescue and knew they were having an adoption event in the area. We visited the event and were met with a dozen kitties. Each one cuter than the next. Didn't take long to be introduced to our forever friend. Meet Willow. Sara is very kind and very enthusiastic about her mission. All of her adopted kittens have already been sprayed/neutered and given shots. The adoption fee of $100. I felt was very fair considering the kitties are already fixed. The kitties seem well socialized and are very clean. No sign of fleas or any other parasites. If you are considering getting a kitty, please give Too Cute Kitten rescue a call. You wont be disappointed. We will get a lifetime of joy from this lovable fur ball.

They take very good care of their cats & dogs there and need donations so get in there & adopt! The only reason I did not adopt is because I could not make up my mind between Cosmo vs Quetzal kitties, both totally loveable but I since I could only adopt one kitty... heartbreaking but I had to pass.. I did adopt a kitty from another shelter but highly recommend this shelter in Brawley.

My bill has been fluctuating from what I signed up for to 2x and almost 4x what it should be. Online, there are not many details of the extra charges. Just boom, added charge. Also, I get charged by Sparkletts, Primo Water and something that shows up as Washington DC Water and Sewage. After some digging, ALL 3 are sparklets. There is something dirty happening, some kind of scam that is NOT OK. Someone should have some kind of oversight into this and get all the customers their money back. This can't be legal!!

From charging me for additional products I never ordered, to tacking on countless fees (bulk water minimum fee, paper invoice fee, delivery fee), to incompetent sales associates promising (but always failing) to fix the problems- I had to give up. The final straw was when I was charged more than ever during a month I was gone. How could I consume more gallons of water when I was out of the country for a month? How could I consume ANY water if I wasn't home? When I called to explain the issue AGAIN- I was met with an unapologetic and frankly argumentative sales associate. Instead of apologizing- she proceeded to "lecture" me on the difference between perception and reality. She insulted my intelligence by claiming I had no idea what was going on and she couldn't even entertain the thought that perhaps her company was in the wrong. I honestly don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel a responsibility to help out others. Save yourself money, time, and endless frustration by finding some place else to get your water.

From failure in communication and responsiveness ( I would email or call with no return response until I emailed the mail business email, staff even told me that she had not checked her email in a few days), unacceptable rude and blaming conduct from the same staff ( I was blamed for the delays), repeated and persistent errors with death certificates, leading to prolonged delays and finally unnecessarily creating an arduous process due to their significant procedural error.

Frye's daughter said "what are you here for?" There was no, "how may I help you? Or " Good morning, do you have an appointment with us?" Our father had been under their care for five days and they told us he had not yet been embalmed and they weren't sure if the embalmer would be in that day. They continued to mention they were short staffed which we understand but there are so many loved ones under their care. We were charged to transfer our father to another mortuary which was costly. We hope they are able to get their business back to its previous status as many in our community know them for their previous reputation.

As we parked…read moreour car, I noticed a group of staff members--six men using two buggies--who appeared to be doing cleanup work. What immediately caught my attention was their behavior. They were pulling out flowers in a rude and careless manner, talking and laughing among themselves, showing complete disrespect. What was even worse was that they seemed to be selectively picking only the most beautiful bunches of flowers and leaving behind the older or simpler ones. At one point, one of the men tried to separate a bunch of flowers that looked new, but because he couldn't do it properly without damaging them, he ended up taking the entire bouquet. When they noticed that I was watching them, they quickly left and disappeared over the hill. Five to ten minutes later, they returned with empty buggies, but instead of going back to the same area, they headed in the opposite direction. However, this did not stop me from observing them continuing the same behavior, which I confirmed when I passed by them on my way out. To me, the staff's actions were more than suspicious. I understand that cleanup is sometimes necessary, but this was clearly not a simple cleaning. It appeared to be a selective removal of flowers. For what purpose, I do not know, but the situation felt very wrong. My concern is whether the administration is aware of this behavior or if this is being treated as a private matter benefiting only the staff.

The people who run/manage this place are a poor representation of professionalism, they lack empathy, compassion, and remorse. People who are grieving the loss of loved ones should not have to deal with such immoral individuals. It saddens me to know that their lack of moral compass will continue to be tolerated, and they will continue to mistreat mourning family members who have concerns over them disposing of purchased items being left on the plots/gravesites that their groundskeepers are removing.
