These guys are excellent! Never seen a business talk you out of a service call before. First off,…read moreif they do end up coming to your home it's $95.00. Secondly, once there regardless of how small or large the electrical issue is the minimum is two hours of labor. Finally, if it's as easy a fix as mine was they will talk to you about it first. Even offer to walk you through it if you call 'em back. Thankfully my issue was easily fixed by buying two new smoke CO2 detectors and following the manufacturers installation instructions to the "T". Last time I didn't do that and ended up believing it was an electrical issue with my alarm circuit. We have one inside and one outside of each room on both floors. Well, he was absolutely correct it was the two detectors. Should have waited to remove the plastic insert over the batteries until the installation instructions informed to. Instead, Had originally removed these and checked to ensure battery was installed. Do not do this. Follow the instructions. Talking with the electrician first, saved me hundreds of dollars.
