I called to cancel my service and--as if an AI bot acting as a human and uncomfortably using my name wasn't a good enough reason to cancel the service--the woman that eventually answered my call also offered subpar customer service. Additionally, apparently, in order to cancel your service, you have to speak to multiple people and they WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR SERVICE if you do not talk to the additional people that may or may NOT be available after a 20 minute hold. The first human operator told me someone would call me back to confirm and if I didn't answer, they would still show up and charge me. I explained that I should be able to just cancel now because I'm on the phone NOW confirming that I WANT TO CANCEL. Cue operator's exhaustion and a 20 minute hold. The next woman I spoke to wasted additional time and eventually told me I would be charged $250 for canceling my service early. The bummer is that the original company had awesome reviews and I thought it was a great company. However, the second woman told me they were already part of this company in March when I signed up--so I feel like I was intentionally bamboozled. So-if you like wasting money, getting duped, getting like 6 phone calls, multiple texts, and multiple emails EVERY MONTH, and getting your customer service from AI bots for somewhere in the ballpark of ~$150/month, this is DEFINITELY the business for you! *P.S.
