Across repeated visits, the following outcomes were documented through service records and later inspection: -The right front CV axle was found under-torqued after a repair performed here. -The left front CV axle was found over-torqued after a separate repair performed here. -Brake work represented as OEM was later identified as non-OEM. -Suspension work was represented differently than what was installed, and symptoms continued. -Multiple safety-critical repairs were followed by minimal or no verification test driving, sometimes as little as 0-1 mile. -Despite continued symptoms, I was advised that "no safety concern was found." Later inspections confirmed otherwise. This matter is now part of an active Hyundai corporate case supported by service records, mileage logs, and documentation from multiple facilities. I am posting this so other customers are aware and so the dealership has an opportunity to address the documented issues publicly. If you are considering this dealership for brakes, suspension, or driveline work, I strongly recommend independent verification.

My first trip to this dealership was earlier in March this year. My husband and I had purchased a…read morenew Kia from a dealership elsewhere. A week into having the vehicle the lights of the door handles would not turn off. We called to see what appointments they had and inquired about the risk of waiting too long that it could drain the battery. They told us to come in. We did and they reassured they would fix the issue. We went to pick up the vehicle the next day and the service department was closed so we went to the front to pick up the key. When we went to get the car we noticed the lights still were on and not turned off. The front desk told us we would have to come back the next day. We did just that. They let us know they were going to have to replace the parts and paint it the same color as the rest of the car. We would have to pick it up another day. We ended up having to pick it up in my birthday and they initially wanted us to pay $150 for the paint. On a vehicle we purchased about 2 weeks prior brand new car. We had them double check the warranty and stated that it would be covered. I was satisfied with the resolution but annoyed that we had to return and take away time from my birthday due to them not initially fixing the issue. Now fast forward to a few weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment for the 13th of December I scheduled it weeks ago. I called a few days prior to ask for a quote for the visit. The lady on the phone was not friendly at all. She asked for my number, name, and the dealership the appointment was for. She then let me know it would be $40 I was surprised and ask her again if that's the cost for the entire visit, and confirmed it was for the 80k visit maintenance appointment. In a stern voice she said "$40 yes it's just a routine visit" Husband and I arrive to our appointment and are told it will be $150 for oil and tire rotation it would only be $40 if we had purchased from that dealership. We asked why the price was quoted $40. They said their call center can give wrong information. We took our business elsewhere.

After a year of dealing with people in CS that had no clue how to fix it, they finally corrected their mistake, but I still had no account to pay. Then the repossession threats started. I ended up writing them two years worth of payments to pay off the 0% loan so I would NEVER have to do business with VW again.

I asked the call center scheduler if they did this type of work and if they would service my Ford. He said yes. Then apologized for having to make me wait for a week and a half to bring my truck it. I was scheduled to drop off which I did last night at Hampton Chevrolet. I got a call this morning saying they don't do water leaks. They gave me the number of a water leak guy who told me he worked for all of their dealerships. Now I have to go to the guy an hour away after wasting half a day going back and forth to Hampton Chevrolet. All I got was, "I"m sorry the call center schedules our calls and they don't know what we do." When I called the call center to complain they put me on hold and sent me to voice mail. When I asked to complain at the dealership they said the manager was out, but I could look around for the Sales manager. No thank you. Horrible service.
