Oh Yeah!!...
Trent L.

I came here because I had an oil change technician named Dan that changed my oil. While doing so he said I had a massive oil ( his own words ) and recommended a valve cover gasket front and rear with an adjustment! So after a few conversations with the Emely, who works here gave me an estimate and then set me up with a appointment to get the work done today! I arrived at 12:45 and check in with Emely, she then says Billy will take over from here. Billy then says to me that he has no recommendation for a valve cover gasket replacement repair! I told him it was recommended by the oil team and the appointment was set up by Emely. He then proceeded to tell me I need a diagnosis ( that is an additional fee )to see what else that may be wrong! I tell him there is some type of miscommunication and he agrees, then he tells me my service contract is not answering meaning they may be closed so even if they could do the work and see if they could find the parts aftermarket because they didn't have Honda parts available that they couldn't do the work unless I wanted to pay for it myself. This information should had been confirmed : 1. The availability of the parts needed to do the work. 2. The service contract being available to answer any questions, which was closed today! Emely told me when I came in today they (Honda Dealership) would call and verify the information they needed. She even printed the labor price to do the work and handed it to me! So the appointment was confirmed!!. Like I said I arrive only to be told nothing could be done because the service contract couldn't be contacted and I am not paying for work when I have a service contract to cover most of the labor costs! So today was a complete waste of time and money, I could have been doing something else with the time I wasted here today! Billy Smith the advisor of guest relations told me in his own words " I could have left your car here for 3 hours before telling you that I couldn't do the work, the glass is half full"! His words to me were very unprofessional and under no circumstances should have came out of his mouth. This is a professional setting and that is mo way to talk to customers! And he is in guest relations? Wow!! So needless to be said I didn't get anything done today because there is a major issue with communication at first team honda!!... I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and it seems like the customer service is failing their customers!. Let me add, at approximately 4:05 pm, I got an automated message stating that my vehicle is still being serviced and that they would update me as soon as they can. Mind you I was at home and my vehicle was parked outside in my driveway in front of my home!!.. this does not seem right to me, somebody should be held accountable!!..

I managed to switch it to the spare and called Tire Choice on Western Branch Blvd to see if they could patch it. I was able to walk in, and while there was a bit of a wait, they efficiently got me in and patched the tire. Ryan, Austin, and Dennis were all incredibly helpful throughout the process--I can't say enough good things about them. The cost was only $25.89, and they not only patched the tire, but also removed my spare and put the repaired tire back on for me. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and a TV, which made the wait more bearable. I'm especially grateful that they are open on Sundays, as most other tire shops are closed. I highly recommend Tire Choice if you ever need a tire patched!

These guys are crooks. Stay away…read more Took my car in because I was having trouble getting the serpentine belt back on my CR-V after changing the alternator. They said it needed a new tensioner. That didn't really agree with what I saw, but I figured the car's an 07, a new tensioner wouldn't hurt. They charged $227.51 in parts for the tensioner, which is at least double the going rate for that part. Also $255 in labor. The thing mounts with 3 bolts. Make it 6 bolts since you probably need to take out the power steering pump. I'm sure they decided to maximize labor by unnecessarily taking out the engine mount, way to think outside the box there. Not only that, they charged $158 for the belt itself. A serpentine belt for that car is, at most, $50. Takes 5 minutes to put on as long as you've got the right tool. I get that the idea here is to make a profit, but this is straight up gouging. I pointed it out to the guy running the desk and he helpfully reminded me that I couldn't get the belt back on myself. It's fine. They clearly need the money more than I do. This had become my go-to shop for our two cars, but I won't be coming back now. I hope they make that $750 last.
