The Italian ice is both dairy and gluten free however the custard is not vegan. While many flavors contain artificial dye like red 40 they have an all natural line that contain no artificial coloring and are made with real fruit and juices. The all natural line includes limited flavors- strawberry, banana, orange, strawberry banana, pineapple and cranberry. Flavors rotate weekly with one sugar free version available. Lots of different menu options such as parfait/gelati, sundaes, misto shake, blendini drink, frozen coffee and plain custard in cones or in a cup. Nutrition info can be found on the website and calorie are posted inside the store on the menu board.
