Others at my table enjoyed the the shrimp and grits and WB chicken sandwich. No complaints heard from them! Then she asks someone if there's "anyone who needs seats" and grabs 2 menus & approaches the table again, this time I explain the whole situation & she gives a half assed apology & tells me she has "2 people who need this table now." I relent & go back to wait by the door. After another 6 minutes of waiting our food gets brought to the dining room by another server & she has to go find us by the front door. Now I'm eating in my car, the fries are delicious & perfectly crispy with a soft fluffy inside. The pepperoni pizza is delicious with some nice small slices of pepperoni so they aren't split between bites. & the burger tastes pretty good, the patty is well toasted & the brioche bun is a nice touch. The food is fantastic which is a bummer because I don't think I'll be frequenting this location if service continues to be like this. However I believe it can be improved with just more communication & a united front & listening to someone when they're talking & not walking off mid conversation. Great service! Then when I was leaving, I said another thank you, and a young lady asked me if I wanted a tour of the smokers and kitchen! So cool! She, Kamy, turned out to be one of the owners. Had a great tour, met the pit boss, and when I told her how much I enjoyed the ribs, she said they make their own rub, and would I like a sample to take home? Of course I said yes, thinking she'd give me a little sample, but she brought out a big ziplock bag ... probably 2 lbs of rub. Amazing! They made such an impression, I went back for lunch the next day as Monday is the day they have burnt ends ... and their maple-chipotle sauce on them made them amazing! Ending on a the menu prices are inclusive of gratuity. Unlike other counter-service restaurants, their POS did not prompt for gratuity. Many ask for a tip before any service had been conducted.

And great people to add to the service and ambiance. This time we had the (1) Texas Strip steak, amazing baked potato and veggies. And, (2) a beautiful brisket Enchilada plate with a queso sauce on one and a sour cream sauce on the other, with steamed veggies and wild rice. All so very good!
