I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE. They are in violation of false billing to try to get money. They will tell you your insurance doesn't cover it and put the wrong codes. I have already filed a complaint with the insurance company and they informed them they are not billing it correctly and adding the wrong codes and they still refuse to do it correctly even with the documents from the insurance grievance department. Its been 2 years of a fight with them and not been seen or treated and thinking of filing a suit against them. read more

They tried to scam my 85 year old mom from $545.00 for procedures that they knew her Simply Dental medicaid covered 100%. Some of these produres and amount they wanted to charge her for are as follows. Deep cleaning $195 code 9630 Extractions $ 150 code 9630 Partial denture Protesis $ 200 Please beware! I called medicaid to verify codes and the codes they used are not even valid for medicaid! They also use the same code for different procedures wich each procedure must have a different code. Poor old people who dont know better. Pls verify with insurance what your being billed for but my advice is not to come here. A very big complaint has been placed against these people. I came to this office because of a broken tooth and I was experiencing a lot of pain. I had read a ton of negative reviews before going but I had an overall wonderful experience. The wait was never too long and while I did have issues with my insurance the office was not responsible for that. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures but Dr. Gonzalez was very understanding and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and I was never in pain. I do recommend this office for anyone that has an insurance plan that a lot of dental offices don't take. read more

This place is horrible! Its the most unprofessional dentist office ever! The staff is clueless and disrespectful. They have no care for the patients at all. The wait just to be called was an hour and half after my appointment time. The hygienist don't even know what the heck to do. Full cleaning took less than 7 minutes. And for my other child the hygienist left during the cleaning . When I asked they said she went to eat something!!!! Had to have someone else finish the cleaning. The front desk staff was nice but as clueless as everyone else. The staff argue with patients and speak Spanish thinking you dont understand. Beware of this place. NOT EVEN THAT CLEAN OR SANITIZED! This dental clinic did NOT respect patients rights. I took my sons for a routine cleaning and they pushed me to accept X-Rays after I clearly stated that I refused it. After saying that NO X-Rays were to be taken the X-Ray technician took my son and started to prep him for the X-Rays. It looks like that the clinic is trying to charge the insurance company for unnecessary treatment and that they do NOT respect the patient's right to refuse treatment. read more

I finally decided to go and can tell you that the staff is overall courteous-with the exception of one. I didn't have to wait my re than a few moments. Wish I could have found another doctor sooner. They said my son needed a pulpotomy on his molar. My son was in pain for a few days so I decided to just do it with them since I didn't have the time and money to look for someone else. The doctor traumatized my son he never wants to go back to a dentist. They were not patient everything was rushed. I had a panic attack mid procedure(and I just got home and cried so much). My son was scared and yelling like a maniac. The procedure was extremely painful and uncomfortable for him. I don't think they handled it the best they could. I am a young mom and i felt like the doctor just kept brushing me off cause of that and not letting me get through to my son. They should have been more understanding. It was such a bad experience. Today I took my son to get his teeth checked out, they discovered that that crown that was done on that terrible day was done incorrectly. (Mind you this is in Niklaus children's hospital dentistry.) The tooth was broken and still rotting so they had to remove it. I would never recommend this establishment to any one. If I can give less than a star I would. read more

The women at the front desk are rude as hell, they obviously have trouble at home for them to be soooo upset literally EVERYDAY. I hate calling to ask questions cause you can legit hear the annoyance and attitude just through the phone (and I try sooo hard to be nice). I've gone inside while one of them was on the phone with a customer and she kept throwing her hands up and rolling her eyes like she's not suppose to be doing her job. You cannot trust the dentist either, I've gone to get a filling & they ended up messing both my teeth up. I can't chew on my left side ever since I visited them, because they shaved my tooth down and they didn't do it properly. They even had a whole ass conversation with each other while working on my teeth and the dentist would LEGIT STOP WORKING ON MY MOUTH TO FINISH HER CONVERSATION. My sister went in last week to also get a filling and I tried to warn her to not go but my mom said they took her insurance. My sister got TWO fillings and came out with scrapes on her mouth by her tooth and scrapes that infected her gum. Now they're saying they can't help for another two weeks???? Please save your teeth and gums and DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE LITERALLY EVER. (Watch, the employees will literally see this review and not give a shit about their ratings. I really don't know where to start two year ago my husband had a root canal and crown done by them . Well the same tooth had being bothering him. So we went to a new amazing dentist did X-ray found the crown wasn't put properly so recommended to go to a specialist and the specialist saw the tooth and it was put wrong and it was getting infected beside the root were not completely clean one Root was not touch and the other was half way done. So he needed a retreatment . Almost lost his tooth . So I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is the worst dental office that I have ever visited. Today, I experienced the worst treatment ever received at a healthcare facility since they violated the HIPPA policy! There is no such thing as "patient confidentiality" at this office and the manager refuses to speak with patients about "sensitive issues" in private. The receptionists are all inexperienced and they all lack basic customer service skills. The receptionists do not greet the patients when they arrive and they often have bad attitudes when interacting with the customers. The Orthodontist and her staff are awesome. Its sad to say that her business may be affected because of the receptionist and the office manager and their lack of professionalism. I started coming coming here for the orthodontist who is very good! After the braces were taken out I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and to take off the excess glue left over from the braces. That procedure costs $200 and not covered by the insurance which is ridiculous bc it was from removing the braces. I'm so over this place! read more

I brought my son in for a checkup since he had pain in one tooth. A nurse who barely spoke English took a toothpick looking object and looked around his mouth and then I was told that the X-ray machine had been down all day. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to reschedule the appointment since they couldn't X-ray his mouth and wasted our time instead. They tried to schedule him for another day and I told them not to bother. I found a better and more professional dentist office for him and not one where the dentist sits all slouched in a chair like he was home playing video games. Months later, I find out they billed my son's dental insurance for services they did not provide while the office that DID provide the service was denied the claim. This place I do not recommend. They have the old school X-ray machine which can give your child more radiation. The dentist and the assistant which are middle eastern, didn't speak to me. The clerk told me my daughter (turning 5 year old) needed two crowns ASAP or she would have to go to the E.R. in the future. I got scared and I agreed with the procedure. I felt pressured and I believe that all they care is to sell and charge the insurance. That's called "scare tactics" where they don't care about your child health but just make money. They never told me that the crowns were metal color and they ruined my child's smile. I should have got a second opinion, but these people scare you and pressure you into doing the procedure to charge the insurance, maybe that's how management trained them, to care more about themselves and the practice. I went for a second and third opinions, and my daughter didn't need those crowns. read more

So disappointed in this dental office! Made an appointment for a specific day and time. When we arrived, they told us it was impossible they gave us an appointment for that day because the dentist was not in. They scheduled us for the next day at 2:30. We arrived On TIME, and waited patiently. By 4:30 we still had not seen a dentist and were told it would be another 45 minutes. They asked if we wanted to wait and we said yes, so they charged me for the procedure BEFORE actually doing the work. An hour later when we asked what the hold up was, they said that we CHOSE to wait and had to keep waiting. After additional waiting, we were told they would not do the procedure. By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE! These people have no idea what customer service is or how to take care of their clients. Meanwhile, while we are waiting, they are letting new patients in with minimal wait times, and we are told that it is because they are "humans" and can't be left waiting. ???? DR. GONZALEZ actually stood there to argue with us and justify their bad service. Spare yourselves the trouble and go elsewhere. read more
